The most awkward and frustrating doctor's visit I've ever had. He spent the first half of the appointment reading all of my records, while he was sitting in the room with me. After spending just a few minutes asking me questions about my history and making a plan (without consulting my primary physician or performing any tests), he spent the last 20 minutes dictating the entire visit, again while sitting in the room with me.

Dr. Husain is a very competent and knowledgeable doctor, but his office staff is absolutely terrible! First of all, you have to get beyond their phone system, then nobody ever answers the phone! You have to leave a message and then MAYBE they will call you back. But generally you have to leave multiple messages before they will call you back. This is all unacceptable! I expect more from a professional office. Often pulmonary problems are serious and need to be addressed promptly. I have ended up in the emergency room because of the unresponsiveness of the office! I guess I have expect high standards for my doctors offices. These problems are easily fixable by the doctors but apparently they are out of the loop. Maybe if more people complain, they might do something about this situation.

This doctor was rude and condescending! He didn’t have my history correct and when I asked him if he read my X-rays he laughed in my face. I feel it’s important to have a good relation with your doctors and that dialog is important. He was flat out rude. Obviouly when you don’t hear what your patient is asking how are you suppose to treat. I went to the er on a emergency visit for another issue when X-rays found pneumonia. Other doctors at flagger hospital have been amazing.
