Wonderful doctor! I have been seeing Dr. Needham for yearly exams for about five years; I would not see anybody else. She is nice, efficient, and has a warm personality.

I have never felt this relaxed at my yearly women's appointment. The staff were absolutely polite and very efficient. Dr. Needham was terrific and explained every aspect of my conditions. And her Nurse Ms. Sheila, just outstanding! I couldn't ask for a better place to go. Thank you all kindly!

You know 5 yrs ago when I had my daughter and Needham was working by herself... I had nothing but GREAT things to say... but now I am pregnant with my 3rd baby 14 weeks now... and it is thursday october 10th, 2019 I had an appointment on october 3rd, 2019 but I forgot that I had a court date at the same time so I called october 1st, 2019.... and everyday after and no one has picked up the phone or returned a phone call yet... so I have literally called 9 days straight to reschedule... to no avail... so I dont know what to do... guess I'm going to have to find a new obgyn... my baby is more important to me then it is to them I suppose....

Dr. Needham is a wonderful dr. The problem is working with the office staff in St. Augustine and some of the other doctors they make you see. I refused to see Dr. Searle so the office manager "terminated" me from being seen by Dr. Needham. Finding a doctor to replace her is impossible.
