Dr Clonch is an awesome diagnostician. She has figured out what was wrong several times when it was something obscure like Lupus or something like that. I’m so grateful for her and her care. I would highly recommend her and her fantastic care. Her nurse, Stacy is amazing and so caring too. Love them both.

This doctor is terrible and so is her rude nurse. If you make an appointment should you have to wait 2 hours to be seen? Today I went to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy, Clonch called them and cancelled them without giving a reason and NEVER contacted me. So unprofessional. Also, if you urgently need test results and are promised a call but literally never hear from this office again don't be surprised. I now have to go to urgent care in order to receive health care services until we find a new doctor.

Dr. Clonch is a very trustworthy and thorough family doctor. She makes sure I get the wellness checks and screenings I need as an older patient to stay healthy. She explains conditions and treatments clearly and patiently answers all my questions.

Just to set the record straight, Dr. Clonch is a great doctor. She treated my mother and me years ago. This year I changed my insurance to be her patient again. I came to her with multiple health issues other doctors failed to treat She is very thorough, and has treated, or referred me to specialists for diabetes, kidney disease, heart, hypertension, and so on. I find her to be caring, friendly, warm, and efficient. I never mind waiting to see her, because I know she is giving someone the time they need, and will do the same for me. She listens, answers questions, considers all possible causes and treatments. effectively. Dr. Clonch’s nurse, Staci, is busy, as is all of the staff. I think some other doctor’s office’s staff could learn a thing or two about treating patients with kindness, respect, and performing tasks efficiently. This office is the best, from Dr. Clonch, to Staci, front desk, Carrie, Karen, Kerri, Samantha Smith, and many others. Thanks to all...JFT.

Frankly I am puzzled by the negative reviews. I have found Dr. Clonch and her nurse very professional and nice. The problem is the fact that the group has too many doctors for the size of the support staff. The front desk is always busy and doesn’t have the time to chat or be friendly. If you want a doctor with a warn bedside manner, then don’t go to Dr. Clonch. If you want a through doctor who cares but focuses more on your illness than idle chit chat, Dr. Clonch is an excellent choice.

She would not write up What I Needed or look At my X-rays to Get MRI for my back . I dint have an emergency accident it was an ongoing problem that needed checking on and my neurologist was not allowed to order it only my Primary Care doctor . I have been in horrible pain from my disc being compressed I have had back Problems for 16 years . So Instead of good no to The ER we will go To the Mayo Clinic

Dr. Clonch is wonderful. She truly cares about her patients and wants to help them to improve their health, not just see them and write a prescription. She doesn't pull any punches and will tell it like it is, but that is truly a wonderful thing when it comes to your health. She has helped me tremendously and I trust her thoroughly. I hope she is my doctor for many years to come.

This “doctor” deserves NO stars for the care she gave my mother which was nil!!!! My mother went to her in Nov and was sent to specialist however when she needed this doctor to step in and my mother and father called several times with NEVER even a RETURN call. My mom ended up in the Hospital right there where this doctor practices and still no response she didn’t come check on her NOTHING!! If you are depending on this doctor for your care I suggest you find another doctor NOW before it’s too late like it was for my mother whom passed last Sunday and guess what and still NO response not even a return call to my fathers frantic calls to their SILLY vmail...my son tried to also get a return call to get my mother some nutrition for her failing body and was put on hold for 30 minutes then was put to vmail and they still haven’t called him back and my mom is fine now... Run like the wind from this lady she doesn’t care and neither does her staff!!!
