After my eye exam, Dr. Dagostino completed a prescription for my contacts, but when doing so, included two incorrect diagnostic numbers that dictate the size and strength of contacts. After trying to buy the contacts and being told that the numbers were not correct, I contacted his office and had it corrected. Needing a corrected script, I asked that it be emailed to me, but was told that they were not able to do so?? I will be looking for a new eye practice.

Do not use Dr. Dagostino. I saw him and he prescribed anti-bacterial eye drops. The drops were working a little but not completely. When I asked for a prescription for oral antibiotics, his nurse said Dr. Dagostino had to see me first. I just saw him less than two weeks ago and he saw my condition. So why do I have to take off work and pay for another office visit? I think I answered my own question when I asked why do I need to pay for another office visit!
