I’ve been going to Dr Look as my Primary Care Doctor for 10 years and he’s always given great care with a listening ear and great bedside manner. Love him

Addressed all my concerns with care and compassion. Spent all the time necessary to answer all my questions. Good bedside manner today.

I want to say how amazing of a doctor that he has been to me. My health took a turn for the worse and he has been helping me through it ceaselessly. Where other doctors ignored what I had to say, cut me off when I was speaking, and rushed me out of their office, Dr. Look has treated me like a human being. You can’t find many genuine doctors like him. Thanks to him I’m slowly making my way towards being able to function on a day-to-day basis. I’m so thankful for him.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Look since we moved to St. Augustine a year ago. He's been seen by him at least 4 times and his PA, about the same. We love his PA, she's great. The staff at Flagler Family Medical is always wonderful. It never takes long to get scheduled or be seen. Dr. Look however, has always rubbed my husbad the wrong way with his lack of empathy, dismissive attitude and the fact that he won't ever look him in the eyes. My husband has mentioned this to me in the past but I told him to give the guy a chance, maybe he's new, had a bad day, something.As of today, we will be requesting a different physician. I joined my husband today for his appointment. Dr. Look was nice enough but how can you trust him when he will NOT look you in the eyes? When my husband spoke, when I spoke, when he himself spoke to us, it was painfully obvious that he just couldn't bring himself to look us in the face. During my visit, there were a few glancing looks as I think he caught himself not speaking to us directly. It was offensive and annoying to say the least. He was more dismissive of our concerns than I've ever had experience with. Yes, he did, choose to run a couple tests and labs but was overall non empathetic. I can't say he was rude, he was not. I just can't understand his issue, a man in his profession, not being able to look a patient in the eyes or hell, just somewhere in the vacinity of their face when speaking to then about their health.After the visit was over, he walked us to the receptionist, whom he looked directly in the face and explained what he needed. As my husband checked out, I continued to observe Dr. Look with other staff, non of which, he adverted his eyes from.It's unprofessional and very shady to say the least.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Look since we moved to St. Augustine. He's probably had at least 4 visits with him and about the same with his PA, who we adore. Dr. Looks demeanor has always rubbed my husband the wrong way. He's mentioned it to me but I saw it first hand today when I joined him at an appointment. Dr. Look would NOT look us in the eyes. He spoke to us, yes, gave us information and answered our questions ALL while looking down. He seemed really dismissive of our concerns.

I have been through a bout of cancer and also some very serious kidney stones and blood clots. All in the past three years. I have been able to count on Dr. Look to oversee my care, he has never let me down. If you want a Dr. In your corner then he's for you.

A pleasant office experience, I was a little nervous but Dr. Look and staff were great. Thank you all
