The best anesthesiologist one could wish for! He is knowledgeable and focused. He answers all questions and explains everything. I had him multiple times and always received a general anesthesia that didn’t make me feel sick afterwards. He also did a block on me once and it went smoothly! Highly recommend Dr. Gimmel!

Told the doctor of a possible drug interaction with the anesthesia and wanted him to check before surgery if the drug I take would affect me adversely. NOT DONE! Post surgery vomitting and bed ridden for hours. Previous surgeries with anesthetic before starting this powerful drug that I take for my heart - no problems with anesthetic. No trust in this doctor. Thank God it wasn't worse.
