List of Paul W. Hund's Reviews
I had an exceptionally positive experience with Dr. Hund. I found him highly skillful, personable, and forthright. I am very pleased with the outcome of my cataract and corrective lenses surgery. Most of the nurses and technicians at Eye Associates have been there 15-20 years.
I have had DR. Hund as my eye Doctor for years. I think he is great. He has done numerous eye surgeries on me, with no problems. I would recommend Dr Hund to anyone. Barbara S.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Hund. He thoroughly explained options for corrective lenses following cataract surgery, and I was able to read without glasses the morning after my first eye was done. I am highly pleased with the outcome, and found the Eye Center's nurses and technicians professional and well trained.
Don't see Dr Hund. He does not communicate. He changed my husband's physician without consulting with us. Should have walked out the door. Not happy with results.
Told I would see perfectly after surgery. Staff and Dr Hund became rude and condescending after I hold him I had problems with the lens. He told me I should of paid more money for a lens for reading and distance. I repeatedly told him and his staff that I did not have problems with distance. Two years later my vision is worse.
Dr. Hund examined me for maybe two minutes and then told me I had cataracts and needed surgery. He told me surgery would mean no more need for glasses or contacts. He and his staff pushed me to schedule surgery immediately and said not needing glasses or contacts would save me money. When I had a chance to read the literature they gave me, I found on page 3 this: "you will likely still need glasses." I'm getting a 2nd opinion. This doctor is not board certified. No way is he operating me.
My regular opthamologist was no longer with the practice, and I had to see the eye doctor because of infection in my eye. I was schedule to see Dr. Hund at 8:45 a.m. One hour and 15 minutes later, I saw the doctor. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated (as I took time from work) and had a hard time understanding how an 8:45 appointment turned into a 10:00am appointment.
Never punctual. I drove an hour from hom to see him and while I was waiting he cancelled on me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
