I will say the doctor himself is great. However the staff is probably the most unreliable and not knowledgeable at all when it comes to what needs to be done. My husband went to the hospital and I asked for the records to be sent to the doctor, but since they have “no access” they can’t do anything. The staff is probably the reason why most of the patients won’t come back. Maybe if they have the right training and know what they are capable of doing then things would run a little more smoothly.

I am a new patient and I was greeted by 3 very nice and friendly people at the desk. I was in and out. No wait. So if you are in need of medical care I can say that you will be treated with good care

I had an appointment for July 28th 2019. I was never treated so horribly in my life! Completely embarrassed by the nurse practitioner because i asked for pain medication because of pain from cancer and the treatment. Completely treated me like a drug addict and interrogated me like a criminal! I will never go back there again!

Doctor Aidoo is an excellent doctor ,very caring ,knowledgeable, and patient.

They definitely need more than 1 doctor there. You wait in the lobby 20-30 mins after your appointment time, then they take you to the back and you wait some times more than 20 mins to be seen. However Dr. Aidoo is a great doctor, they just need another Dr or an ANRP to help with the flow.
