List of Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital's Reviews
After being admitted for pneumonia my nurse Kisha made my stay less painful. Never have I encountered someone so genuine and caring! This isn’t taught in schools and a very rare find. Thank you Nurse Kisha on the second floor.
Had a great experience here today the two nurses I meet were amazing just wanted to say thank you to Pam and Joel in the er very friendly
Literally the WORST hospital I have ever been to. Please do not waste your time at this place. There's a hospital on Partin Settlement, you should take the extra 10 minute drive its worth it.
If u want to die you must come here, you’re going right away to the mortuary 😞 I’ve come here 3 times, now I’m here bc is the nearest ER around home so every time the triage nurse come out to the lobby…PAY ATTENTION THE TIME FRAME TO SEE U GUYS IS 5/6 HOURS SINCE NOW. That’s horrible, they need to let u know that since u enter the doors and u choose to go another ER or wait but the first do ur triage in order to bill the insurance….pretty smart huh!!
Worst visit, charge nurse was rude and condescending. Never saw the doctor only PA for heart issue with weakness. Took 8 hours and encouragement to get blood work done. Waiting room was dirty and staff on phone and joking and talking with each other. Come on clean up your work area and seating area. There was nowhere to sit unless you cleaned up for the staff. Nurse couldn't draw blood with a baby needle and veins were good. Well not go back if qlm dying lm better off on the side of the road.
The worst hospital ever. Nursing staff belittled my mother and just didn't care whatsoever to help alleviate her covid symptoms. We got there early morning at the ER and waited nearly 6 hours just to get a room and be seen. Michelle was super rude and her coworkers are too. They made a comment about my mother not needing urgent care about her chest congestion and I called them out on it and Michelle proceeded to get angry with my mother and I. How quick they are to defend each other when they're in the wrong, but it's not their mother right? Needless to say I will never return to this hospital and will make sure that everyone I know stays away. If Michelle and her coworkers have a problem then they should probably work somewhere else that tolerates this type of unprofessionalism. We're well aware that we weren't the only patients needing assistance but we saw other patients get treated the same if not worse by this nursing staff on 07-21-2021.
Pésimo servicio!!
I waited too long to have a room clean even had someone called before me that had arrive after me worst experience ever.
St Cloud Reg is the last place you want to go. At first they brought daughter back real quick with asthma...I was impressed..I guess it was too much yo ask for. then all goes down hill... they assign a room to you and forget you are in the room in the ER. The admitting & room nurse get annoyed when you call them because you can breathe and it's been 6 hrs since your last neb treatment. They hear my daughter chocking and gasping for air and they look and keep going... if they are do miserable they need to change occupation...I rather drive my daughter to winter park hospital next time...
My mom was in the ICU for 6 days and eventually passed while there. She was extremely sick . I wanted to say the staff, nurses and doctors treated her and my family with care during a very difficult time for us and the staff. The COVID situation there was extreme and you could see it was very hard on the staff and medical teams. Even with the challenge and stress they were all very kind and showed great empathy and kindness toward our family.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
