waste of your time, takes forever even if you make an appointment. very unorganized and always messy. you can find a better doctors office.

Super groseros el Dentista y su ayudante. Tenían una buena intención pero una actitud sin respeto. Luego fui a recoger el medicamento para mi hijo de 5 años y no enviaron la receta a Walgreens ni Cvs. Mi esposa llamaba para informar y nunca respondieron el teléfono. Condujo a la oficina pero ya habían cerrado.El Dentista me dice en forma despectiva " Aquí las cosas no son como Puerto Rico " le dije vengo de New Jersey para que se diera cuenta que su comentario fue muy generalista, menospreciante a los que han migrado por necesidad y poco ético.Si el Dentista es Boricua o no, debería darle vergüenza.

Worse experience ever. Phone system makes it absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone, the doctor, operator or assistants. The call system is automated and you are automatically put on hold every single time you call and then eventually you are hung up on. Whether you have a question for a doctor or need a prescription or want schedule an appt. There is no help in site. Why do you make it so hard for people who really need your services? As if you are trying to discourage anyone from using the community health services center. It's a real shame b/c there are actually people who need your services and you make it virtually impossible for them. With all your negative reviews on the phone system you would think there would be some changes in site to improve your calling system. "Community Heath Services you def are Not! Access for your patients is virtually impossible unless physically at the office. Making it impossible for patients to receive the affordable, crucial and efficient care they Deserve and Need. Shame on you! I would give you less than one star if I could.

Mi cita era a las 4:00 via video llamada a pesar de que tengo 2 pruebas negativa de covid no puedo ir ala oficina por que tengo tos, llame a la 4:30 desesperada y la joven dijo que llamarian en unos minutos cosa que no hicieron , mal servicio y eso que si me cobraron la diferencia por un servicio que nunca recibi, es decepcionate que no puedas por lo menos ser resposable con sus pacientes nisiquiera una disculpa por hacerte perder el tiempo... yo con una tos horrible con alergia al polem .

Horrible .El turno médico de mis hijos era a las 4.30 y estoy y sigo esperando ahora mismo que lo vea l doctor son las 7 de la noche . O sea literalmente dice la página que están cerrado y sigo aquí horroroso esta experiencia . Horrible. My children's medical shift was at 4.30 and I am and am still waiting right now for the doctor to see him, it is 7 at night. In other words, the page literally says that they are closed and I am still here horrible this experience.

Incompetence !!! Should not have a license as a clinic. Do not waste your time,money or health with this company.

Attempted to call several times. Went through all the prompts and the phone will ring 2 or 3 times and then they hang up.

He tratado de llamarlos desde esta mañana 9:30 am la primera vez estuve 48 minutos y no me contestaron solo música de fondo volví a llamarlos 4:17 pm estuve 36 minutos en línea con musica de fondo y nada nunca contestaron...Deben de haber una investigación sobre esta oficina y su gerencial.

This doctor was fantastic. Really, she was sweet, but still firm. And the nurse staff was always kind. And I saved the receptionist's life once, but she was all smiles even before that. Very understanding lady. Kudos to her.Now with that said, this place has a phone issue. I don't know what it is or why, but that phone never gets answered, and I have been trying for two months to get my prescription transferred, I've been without them this entire time. They are also rarely open, I believe like two days a week (Tues and Thurs?). I'll be seeing another doctor to get my medicine, but I'll have to get re-established in a new office during Covid-19 craziness, obviously I can't count on this office to answer a phone, which means I'll probably not be getting my medical records from them either. Sooo, thanks so much for that OCHC. In this matter, I'm thoroughly disappointed..Two stars.

Well they attented my daughter first Appt.great but I have e been trying for 3 weeks to make a cleaning Appt. N they never answer the dam phone.On hold for ever that works but nothing else.I try to make one when I left office n they said u have to call so where do we stand now.I'm very upset!!!!!!One star cause they didn't have 0 so I could pick terrible.
