I had a terrible experience at this dentist office.waited for a tree weeks for a XRays copy.I am over priced and over charged

Horrible. Do not go here. Got a crown that was done incorrectly, now my sensitivity is worse! Also they try and overcharge for "special" cleanings they say you need. Called my insurance and they spoke with their office manager who said they can't charge for what they are trying to charge for as my plan covers that. The office manager said she need that in writing. My insurance rep told her that would not be necessary as this is part of my plan which they can easily see is covered. This office refused to proceed without it in writing which would take 30 days. STAY AWAY.

On Monday, December 18, 2023, I arrived for my scheduled six-month cleaning appointment at 8 am. However, upon checking in with the lady at the front desk, I encountered a significant issue. She questioned the existence of my appointment, asserting that their office does not conduct cleanings at 8 am. I assured her that this was the same time as my previous cleaning appointment and presented the confirmation texts and email I had received. Regrettably, her response was both unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging the scheduling error, she rudely insisted that she did not know who had scheduled the appointment and, therefore, I could not be seen because my name was not on the schedule. I attempted to explain that this appointment had been booked six months prior and was crucial for me, especially since I had an orthodontist appointment at 10:30 am. To my dismay, I received no assistance or understanding. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as though I was an unwelcome intruder, claiming an appointment that did not exist. The level of customer service was far below expectations, and I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this office. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful, displaying a lack of professionalism and empathy. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, a complete waste of my time. I have decided that neither I nor my son will be seeking any services from this specific Sage dental office in the future. I believe it is crucial for the management to address these issues promptly to ensure a more positive and respectful environment for their patients.

Went in for teeth cleaning and hygienist wanted to bill my insurance over $1000. My out of pocket $296. I told her I wanted simple cleaning that my insurance covers. She refused. I got up and walked out.

The clinic looks great, but the service and staff are very rude and incompetent. I visited the clinic 4 months ago to replace a crown and have a root canal. I had to visit her several times because they said the material for the job I need is backordered. When I visited the office to check when my work would be finished, I was told the same thing, the material was on hold, and the staff ignored me during the time I was waiting to try to speak with Dr. Girón, I was sitting for 1 hour. and no one at least gives me an excuse for the time I was waiting for the Dr. who never came to see me to explain to me what happened with my treatment. I hope people never visit that office because everyone deserves the best when they don't feel well and need to see a Dr. Vivian Fuentes

The front office staff, the dental assistants and the dentist were really nice ... They couldn't help me unfortunately but also they gave me referral to do way more than I wanted so no thanks ....

Sage Dental of St. Cloud is the worst place to go. Please check your billing statements I am sure that you were over priced and over charged and also billed for services you did not even have. Please have your insurance check their billing records in making sure you were even there. How do you know the price they are quoting to you is correct. Everytime I go they state that their records show that I had the service already. I would know if I had the service or not! When I call my insurance they have no record of me obtaining that service. I missed a whole year of cleaning in their system staing I had them already. They will not call your insurance in assisting. You wait 2 - 3 months for the appointment to be sent home and you do not pay for the service. You know you are covered but they will tell you that you have reached your max to only find out that their system is incorrect in which you already knew??? They will bill codes that you have not used and say you have to pay now, you performed that service already. They billed me and stated Isaw the Endodontis and iI did not. Corporate confirmed it as well as my insurance. The saw the billing but confirmed that I was not seen. This place is disrespectful, information in the system is incorrect and they do not care. They will send you home to call your own insurance ( that is what they did to me several times) when wrong you get no apology, now you have to wait another 2 - 3 months because they are booked,, but you already had your appointment and got sent home.. The way they spoke to me was horrible! Caroline the office manager, Kim the office worker they are the worst. The dentist Jennifer is the worst as well! Not one tme did she, Jennifer come out to even say she was my dentist and that she referred me to the Endodontis because it was out of her scope the treatment I needed, but I was told that I had seen the Endodontis already and had to pay $126 ( when my insurance called they told them $58, I know what I heard and I heard $126) in seeing the specialist again.. I HAD NOT EVEN SEEN THE ENDODONTIS! This was even confirmed by Sage Corpore Office and my insurance! I have every name, date, and time of the people I have spoken to and will write the BBB, and the District Attorney’s office. When I left Sage customers had given me their phone numbers in being witnesses if I need them. They also said that the service is horrible and they have been treated unfairly as well! Watch your billings with Sage insurances out there, and customers,, Sage is billing services and the customers were not even seen. They did it to me several times and I caught them!
