Nobody cares at this place. Went to the emergency room and then had to go to advent kissimmee emergency room. Finally got help at advent. Stay far away from Orlando health saint cloud. THEY WILL MESS YOU UP WORSE THAN WHEN YOU WALKED IN. I even reached out to administrators and nothing. Don't take a chance with your care.

The worst attentiveness to patients. Slow turn over. Never offered anything for pain. Made me sit in the lobby with a positive Covid test.

Horrible!! Do not take anyone here if you want answers, efficiency, updates, communication, or any help whatsoever. They do not explain things in detail. Even when you ask them questions they do not have answers. It's not clean or kept up to date. They forget the things you ask or tell them. They do not get things done unless you remind them. And they take FOREVER to discharge their patients even when they are well and able to go home.

I had to stay at this hospital after surgery for colon cancer.  At first everything was fine.  The nurses were great and attentive.  However, after I had been there a week, I got a nursing assistant who was useless.  I asked her multiple times to get my nurse to change my dressings.  The nurse finally came in hours later and stated that no one ever told her I needed her!  Then later I asked for help to empty my ostomy bag.  She had me empty it in the toilet which of course splashed all over the place and right in my face.  She didn't clean the bag properly and it got on my leg.  I tried to complain to the floor nurse and she refused to come to my room even though I heard her outside my door.  I called her and she cut my off and hung up on me.  Then after discharge I tried to get an order for a home health nurse.  I left multiple messages and it took two weeks to get this order!  Now I have to go back for another procedure and they expect me to pay my full amount of my deductible which is $5000 or half and set up a payment plan.  I do not have a ton of money right now.  I have cancer and need treatment.  They do not care about the patient only the money.  It is very disappointing.  I have tried to contact someone with my concerns and no one responds.  No one cares apparently.

I sat in the waiting room for 5 hours with out being called back and sat in a room in the back for at least another hour ........in otherwords if its an emergency your fu**ed worst emergency  room ever.

I was kept in isolation by the doctors at this hospital for 5 days while I was given IV antibiotics for an "infection" at the end of five days they released me with the "infection" not that much better. I went to a specialist in Kissimmee to try to find out what was going on and was within a few days informed that I had cancer.  The people at St. Cloud never said a word about cancer. To add insult to injury, I then received a $40,000 bill and was informed that my insurance refused to pay the bill.  It was sent to collecting without notifying me while I was trying to find out why the insurance company wasn't paying. Turns out the boneheads in the billing department didn't file the claim correctly. I gave the collection agency the same info I gave St. Cloud billing department and in two weeks I was sent a refund for the down payment money I had put on my card while in the emergency room. After months of being harassed by these people to pay the bill, I came to find out it was their fault it wasn't being paid. And this isn't the first time, my wife was also sent a bill for her stay and her insurance said they paid the bill but St. Cloud Hospital said they didn't receive payment. So after much argument, can you guess who was wrong? Yep, St. Cloud  Hospitals billing department strikes again. I highly suggest you all avoid this hospital, it may be bad for your health.

After a referral service got me an appointment with a cardiologist on October 28th, my wife got me an appointment with Dr. S. Mehta on October 7th.  Dr. Mehta wanted me in the cardiac catheterization lab immediately.  I balked and we did a nuclear stress test at St. Cloud MRC and an ultrasound cardiogram at her office.  The results were I should have gone to the cath lab as she wanted.  The next day Dr Mehta and the superb cath lab team found a serious blockage, ballooned it and put in a stent.  I spent 24 hours in the ICU, again with a superb staff and went home.Dr. Mehta is new to the area.  She is top notch!My wife and I have heard the horror stories about St Cloud RMC.  They are old news.  I have nothing but praise for the staff and doctors of St. Cloud RMC.

Please run away. This place is a slaughter house. I have been there twice and all they have are practitioners not doctors. Then they don't send you a bill and less than a month later you receive a bill collectors notice. Like I told the bill collector, how can I pay when I haven't received an invoice from the hospital. The firs time I was there they tried to collect 3 times for for the same invoice. Once from my auto insurance which paid, a second from my health insurance which paid and a third time they sent me a bill. When I called them at first they said I owed them that amount, after I told them that I had receipts showing that both of my insurance had paid the exact same amounts they said it was a billing error.

Once again horrible experience. My mom who has c-dif, a serious intestinal infection was brought in by EMS. They had her listed as a fall risk because of her hemoglobin levels and would not allow her up to go to the bathroom. Have a pad on the floor to notify when she gets up. Alarms go off. She had to go but there was no time for the nurse to get there. The nurse and the tech are very good but they have too many patients to be able to keep up. My mom made a huge mess in her diapers and I rang the nurse. Told someone would be there in a minute. Five minutes pass, then ten... she got up, she couldn't sit in it anymore, the alarm still blaring, called the nurse a second time and was told, in a minute, I said I REALLY need help. They didn't respond. Alarm still blaring. Two separate times ppl stopped by and offered help and went to get supplies to clean her and never came back. I have no problem cleaning my mom but there was NOTHING in the room to do so. No washcloth, no towels. Just the auto dispense paper towels that are painful to use which I did but couldn't get enough out at one time to make a difference. The alarm is there to notify them when she's out of bed Incase she fell. This went on for 30 minutes before someone came. What if she had fallen? If you're NOT concerned about the person you are caring for, this is the place to go. I fought with the staff for an hour to get her access to a potty chair by her bed which I finally got. Let's see what happens today. I hate this hospital. If anyone is listening, you would make great gains by building a REAL hospital in Saint Cloud. I will be contacting a patient advocate today.

I went here for an out patient procedure. I was shown to business office on time then out patient area. The nurses and all workers were very pleasant and knew their jobs well. They returned during my wait for surgery often asking if I was ok and offering warm blanket. The one and only nurse I found to be below average was one of those in the surgery room. She never said a good morning, had no clue to making you comfortable, was ruff with me . I guess there always has to be one bad apple but she sure did not spoil the whole bunch.
