I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Frazier and her staff. My father who is 92 has had to have many skin cancer removals and from the receptionists to the PAs to Dr. Frazier herself, they have treated Daddy and myself like GOLD. I was treated like FAMILY there on an occasion when our stay was long because of a MOHS procedure and my blood sugar dropped suddenly. ( the folks there know what I’m talking about). Dr. Frazier is so knowledgeable and explains things fully and is approachable and never makes you feel like you are just a cog in a wheel. They are prompt in getting you in at your appointment time. I have not had one SINGLE negative experience there and I just LOVE THIS PLACE AND ALL THE PEOPLE THERE. My insurance won’t allow me to see her and it makes me so sad.

Highly skilled professionals

Horrible customer service upon initial effort to schedule an appointment-condescending and rude conversations with staff each time. If given a choice and you seek to be treated respectfully rather than as an imposition, seek another dermatology practice. Very unfortunate that potential patients are treated so poorly upon first contact. Please note that this is not meant to reflect on Dr. Frazier or her level of care. She is undoubtedly a superior MD, however, if customer service remains the same, people will notice. Word of mouth is important in a small community.

DR. Frazier is a outstanding Dermatologist. I have had four Mohs surgeries on my face and you can’t even tell I had the surgery. She is meticulous and explains things to help me understand what needs to be done and why. Her office staff is very friendly and efficient. I can’t say enough about Dr Frazier, I’m glad she is my doctor. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Frazier’s office for going on three years now. She is one of the most thorough, patient dermatologists in the Jacksonville area. She really cares about each individual patient and takes the time needed to take care of the issues presented. Highly recommend for any concerns you may have. Thank you for all you do Dr. Frazier!

I recommended Dr. Frazier to my family & friends. If you check experience, credentials and patient reviews, in my opinion, you will not find a more caring, qualified, or skilled dermatologist. Dr. Frazier, Taylor, their MA & office staff are friendly and professional. I wish I could give them 6 stars for how well they have cared for me and my family.

This office is such a joke! Its a shame to have a great doctor but office staff that are incomeptent. Doesn't seem there is much communication between everyone. Whoever answers the phone is uneducated and rude. One office staff was sleeping at her desk. The wait time is atrocious. Seems is more important to see as many patients as possible in one day versus being considerate of their time too. Dr Frazier really is a great doctor but her office is being ran very poorly.

I was sent here for Mohs excision of skin cancer on temple at hair line. Needing to fill out extra forms upset me and dr told me I disrespected her staff. She said this three times without regard that disrespect was being incorrectly used as a verb when it is only correctly used as a noun. She made me say I understood that she did not want her staff disrespected (sic) before she would treat me. After that she did the surgery on my face and it took four times for her to remove all the offending growth. I had to wait an hour in between twice and a lesser time the third and fourth times. I don’t recall the necessity for the several wait time on such surgery before. Maybe this was a tougher growth but it took most of the afternoon for her to complete it. I am not in any pain but she prescribed 6 tramadol pills for me if I did have pain. I will fill if needed. I’m sure glad it’s over for now. May utilize this center again if needed. We’ll see.
