Dr. Padilla is very thorough in her exams, knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. The office staff are always friendly and pleasant as well. I am so thankful I have found such a great Dermatologist!

Dr. Padilla is my Dermatologist at Dermatology Southeast. She is not only a brilliant and highly skilled doctor, but also a kind-hearted, sweet person with a great sense of humor. St. Augustine is so lucky to have such an amazing doctor in its community!

Worst experience ever. I went twice and won’t return. They’re rude, unprofessional (the office staff and Dr Padilla also) the Dr rushes and only spends 10 minutes or less with you. They got my billing wrong and I had to return to handle it in person where I waited for ONE HOUR because they couldn’t get it correct over the phone. I’m talking about a $300 billing error.

I scheduled an appointment in March and provided personal details along with my health insurance information. I was assured they accepted my insurance and was told Dr. Padilla wouldn’t have appointments available until August as she’d be out on maternity leave. I proceeded to schedule the appointment anyway and waited patiently for 5 months. Fast forward to last week, 5 MONTHS LATER, Jackie called to inform me that they DO NOT accept my health insurance. She was unapologetic, there was no empathy and she simply put the blame on whomever scheduled my appointment back in March and said if I wanted to keep my appointment I’d have to pay out of pocket. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable!!!

Ok so I agree with the office being clean and new. BUT HAVING TO WAIT UNTIL DEC FOR AN APPOINTMENT IS DISHEARTENING TO SAY THE LEAST. Not much empathy from.Front office staff about my concerns

I visited Dr. Padilla in the St. Augustine office in March of 2021 and received a bill in August claiming I received intralesional injections. United Healthcare was charged $410. When I disputed the procedure, I was told they would look into it and get back to me, which never happened. Have had to call back but their office staff is extremely unhelpful While I liked Dr. Padilla and hope she establishes a successful practice, I would not recommend her due to the incompetence of her staff.
