A superior clinic with highly qualified doctors, P.A.s Physical Therapists , and staff. An option to have concierge medical attention through MDVIP. Caring staff, timely appointments.
Terrible experience dealing with COVID-19 in your practice. On July 8 I was diagnosed with COVID-19, I started having breathing complications contacted the office for a second follow up I was told by Joanne the receptionist to go through the computer portal to contact my provider. After three hours of no response I contacted a new provider at another practice. I was put on a breathing machine and started seeing results. This practice doesn’t seem to care about patients in need
Very dissatisfied. Left the practice.
If you like your physician/PA to be kind, patient, knowledgeable, care about and respect you, DO NOT go to Dr. Ross Osborne or PA Nathan Adams at the Center for Health & Sports Medicine. After numerous incidents which ranged from losing 25 years worth of my medical records from my Dr. in another state & not offering to get them from that Dr. again, not paying attention to things I said about my health, not being thorough, having rude office staff, talking down to me, and so much more, I finally left the practice and I am so glad I did. I found another practice that is fabulous and puts Osborn/Adams to shame. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was being 10 minutes late for an appointment and having the receptionist tell me that Adams wouldn't see me because I was late. He didn't care that it takes me 45 minutes to get to the office over roads that are known for traffic. Nor did he care that I apologized and explained that the 10-minute delay was due to construction traffic that I couldn't go around. No decent person, especially someone in the medical field would refuse to see a patient because they are 10 minutes late. Of course, if I had to wait in their office for 10 minutes, that's fine with them. Ironically, just a couple of weeks after I left, I was getting numerous phone calls and emails to inform me that the practice was changing to concierge medicine and they were giving me a chance to get in on that first. HILARIOUS!!! For those who don't know, concierge medicine means you pay the Dr. a hefty fee, over $1000 PER YEAR just to have the "privilege" of being their patient. That fee does not go towards office visits or anything else. You're just buying your way to keep seeing your Dr. Good luck with that Osborn, can't imagine why anyone would pay to let you be their doctor especially when no other physician in the area takes part in concierge medicine.
Horrible customer service ! We showed up 4 minutes late to an appointment and told we would have to reschedule they had already moved on to other patients. All we needed was a sports physical and had to take off work early to get there before 3:50pm . We checked in at 3:54 pm. and they would not see my son . If you go make sure you bill them for every minute you have to wait because they certainly do not care about the patient and are too busy with their assembly line planning to give you 5 min.
Absolutely terrible experience. My little brother, who was 14 at the time, was under his care for a "shin split". The doctor refused to do an X-ray until the 2nd visit and would not conduct an MRI until my parents urged him to on the 3rd visit. The MRI came back that he had a cancerous tumor. In the X-ray, taken months prior, a family member in residency saw the tumor but it was over looked by the doctor. This caused the tumor to grow 3x as large and my brother almost lost his tibia and fibula.
I've been seeing Dr. Osborn and his staff for 8 years now and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and always willing to work you in.
Same day appointment and at time that was convenient for my schedule. Did not have to wait too long in waiting room, and was seen within 15 minutes of arrival by MD. Thorough exam and follow up explanation with xrays about my concern and diagnosis.
Went for an appointment and were 10 minutes late due to traffic and Dr refused to see us making us have to reschedule and costing me two days off work and my child missing two days of school. Even worse he then tried to charge me $60 for a no show fee. Yet he will make you wait in his waiting room and other rooms for 1/2 hour 20 minutes etc and he doesn't compensate you. This .Dr is more concerned about charging patients for ridiculous fees like a bank than caring for his patients. Never aga
Dr. Osborn has been our family doctor since 2007. Even when we moved 25 miles away from his office, we make the drive because we like him so much. He spends the time with us to explain things that we need to know. Highly recommended!
Awesome doctor! He's been our family doctor since 2007. We moved about 25 miles away from him 3 years ago, but we still make the drive so Dr. Osborn can take care of us.
Dr. Ross and his entire staff are the most friendly, professional and efficient personnel I could hope for. Dr. Ross has been our primary care doctor since 2007 and even when we moved across town (a very large town), we never considered finding a doctor closer to us. Definitely we would recommend this great Doctor and his staff.
I am very satisfied with the care my husband and myself have received.Satisfied with any other physicians that were needed for consultation.
Dr. Osborn takes the time to listen to the patients concerns regarding the reason for their visit. I don't feel rushed by him or by his staff.
Dr. Osborn is genuinely concerned with his patients and takes the time to answer question.
I have recommended two neighbors in St Augustine to visit Dr. Osborn. One has concluded his initial appointment and was satisfied.
The staff is professional, caring, and friendly. There was no wait time. The office is run with organization and precision. The PA, Morgan, is thorough and thoughtful. I had my blood work done in office... didn't even feel it! What a great experience. Thank you to the staff and to Morgan for being excellent at what they do.
Feedback visit to review lab blood tests. Dr. O went into detail and decision is to retest in three months. No issues at this time.
I have really been impressed with Dr Osborn and his staff, especially his Physician's Asst Morgan Parks. I have only been a patient there for close to a year and everyone there has been very responsive and accommodating with any of my requests for referrals, some of them urgent. I highly recommend this office - he is my designated primary care physician.
Highly recommend this doctor and/or his staff.
