Dr. Serang was the best dentist at Beachwalk and he left. From the beginning they lied and confirmed multiple times that they were an Aetna provider. I have been working with their billing now for over a year and nothing has been fixed. They are charging me over $1000 for out of network and not honoring that I had their 2 offices tell me they were in network. Before I made an appointment I confirmed. They will still tell you they are in-network with Aetna but wait until you get the bill! Don't go here or Riverwalk if you have Aetna Dental its pathetic customer service, especially billings response

Disappointed. Was hoping to make this my dentist. I live very close. During my first visit I was told I needed extensive dental work, and a deep cleaning. I was a little surprised. Such as life, it needed to be done. I did most of the work in two days. I was supposed to return a third time for a permanent crown. During that time one of the fillings they had redone failed. They refused to fix it. So I went to another dentist. That dentist said the tooth needed a crown, where the filling had failed. Long story short some of the work they did not work, as well the deep cleaning they did wasn’t good enough for the new dentist who said my teeth hadn’t been cleaned recently in some areas. Very disappointing.

I"m not a fan of the dentist; who is? (Okay weirdo) This place is definitely different, more calm and chill. If you're at all anxious about getting your teeth cleaned and cared for, give Dr. Serang a try.

As a doctor myself, I look for a higher level of care and thoughtfulness. Dr. Serang is thorough, engaging and great with my whole family. He’s a fantastic dentist and human.

A beautiful office and wonderful staff. Dr. Serang is a wonderful caring dentist who truly cares for his patients and provides high quality work. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive to providing the highest quality of service. They take the time to ensure everything is done correctly. I highly recommend Beachwalk Dental.

Dr. Serang is personal (but not overbearing) and knowledgeable while being open and honest. For a middle-aged guy who has gone to several dentists, I can say Dr. Serang has been the best. Hands down.

The front is so beautiful as well as the whole office. Both the Doctor and his assistant are very understanding and helped me through my dental anxiety and needs at a well respected pace and everyone is so nice and helpful there. I would recommend anyone to be seen there.

I don’t know that I would ever describe a dentist appointment as “enjoyable” but this is as close as it gets! Super friendly, attentive, professional staff, & the dentist was patient & thorough too. Highly recommend!!
