I’m giving it a 2 just for the cleanliness but should definitely be a 1. Walked in and nobody is at the desk. Waited around 7 minutes for someone to come up front. It went downhill from there. I went in for a simple cleaning never in my life have I been at a dentist office for 2 hours for a cleaning. They obviously forgot about be after the X-rays and I was just sitting for over 39 minutes waiting for someone to come. I will never be back the staff seems all over the place and I feel like I need a 2nd cleaning as this one does not feel thorough!

The Rivertown Dental team got me on the schedule quickly and my experience was great from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and professional, and kept the appointment moving so I could move on with my day. Great job Rivertown Dental!

Waited 52 minutes for the hygienist to arrive and then she was in such a hurry (because obviously she was behind schedule). I loved Dr Lang also. Too bad he is gone. Not sure how wonderful the new staff is.

Please know that I am not one to leave a nasty review but I feel like I need to warn the consumer. Whoever answer the phones at this office is rude and lacks empathy. If you are trying to have a pleasant experience at a doctors office - I don't see that possible here. I have been trying to pay my bill for the other office, but the phone rolls into Rivertown because that office is closed. Verbatim..."you're not the only one ma'am". No empathy or even an apology for not being able to pay my bill. Then she proceeds to talk over me and doesn't even say good bye...she just hangs up. It was a disgusting experience.

I had a great experience with this dental group! Dr Lang is so so personable. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. He also speaks Spanish and Portuguese which was really cool for some of my Brazilian friends that I’ve sent his way. His dental assistant was so fun and sweet. I always used to get nervous at dental offices but felt very comfortable and at ease here. I definitely recommend them to all of my family.
