Perfect Doc when you don’t necessarily need/want to go to an office. Some of these reviews are just silly. It’s pretty obvious most negative reviews either expected doctor House to knock on their door with a little leather bag and a big light on his head ready to drop off some morphine and make these people happy. For what I needed and a ton of other possible things she’s just what the doctor ordered. I don’t think I’d schedule an appointment if my O2 levels were mortally low but to save the hassle of an in person doc for MOST things she’s great. Easy to schedule, always early in the day and out of the way. I’m leaving this mostly because the negative reviews are people who expected something that not to be expected. I’ve seen her for the past 5 months or so and I’ve been satisfied. For what that’s worth.

Dr, Garland is patient, knowledgeable, outstanding communicator and treats her patients as if they were family.

I made a specific appointment. She scammed me saying she needed records. Then just took the money and made a message at 8:30pm saying she could not help me. She should have not agreed to that special appointment topic if she is not an expert on that field.

The doctor description says she treats diabetes. I needed a new drug, what someone else gave me had bad side effects had to stop taking. stopped 2 weeks before appt. on 6/13 and next appt. with the nurse p. on 7/25, i got somethg over counter but my number at around 300. Dr G referred me to an endo associated with hca but not until 7/19. So 49 days. with high numbers I am only drinking dr adkins bfast and lunch most days only 1 gr sugar. but number still high. Was told by doc before will go into coma, so its the side effect of water retention and poss. heart failure, having trouble breathing had to get o2 myself my insurance will pay but need an order, and was referred to pulmonary 8/5, so $235 each month for o2. Go to another doc same as garland i get the order for o2. my o2 has been at 68 and was told by visiting nurse in jan if goes below 90 go to doctor. I don't understand why i couldn't get the order for o2, I sd what is it the new drug pple doc shop for like pn pills.

Will not communicate. Cannot be contacted. Will not refill critical meds!

I've tried calling over 30 times and was left on hold over 20 minutes before giving up. No one ever answers. That is no way to run a doctor office.

NEVER HAD ONE SHE CANCELLED 12 HOURS BEFORE. NEXT AVAIL. 2 1/2 MONTHS DISGUSTING PRACTICE FOR A DR. AND WE WAITED FOR 2 1/2 MONTHS. BUYER BEWARE.

She really listens to your concerns and goes over your past history, as I was a new patient in a new state. I am very happy I found her and I hope she will be our primary doctor for years to come.
