Dr LunaRudin was very thorough with me listened to all of my questions and needs and was very pleasant. I can tell she really cares

New patient visit. Preregistered prior to appt. My gps made a wrong turn and I ended up being ten minutes late. I was shaking I was rushing so bad and apologized. The receptionist said since I preregistered it shouldnt be a problem. She took my license and insurance card. Then all of sudden she disappeared. Apparently she is instructed to tell Dr. if her patients are late since she came back and told me the Dr. said I need to reschedule. I traveled over 30 minutes and waited weeks to get in. New patient from out of state and need meds as well. I was trying to give the Dr. the benefit of the doubt with all the negative reviews online since she studied in CT and Im from CT and thought okay she cant be that bad. Well believe what you read. Turning a new patient away for being 10 minutes late is just rude. Rudin is your doctor if you want a rude doctor. Just really mean to do Dr. Rudin if you ever read this ...and you should read your own reviews and learn from your mistakes.

Dr. Rudin doesnt listen. She interrupted in the middle of my conversation and jumped to conclusions about my medical concerns. She didnt seem to care and disregarded what I had to say and was very confrontational. When I asserted myself she argued and appeared very defensive and then accused me of being confrontational. I have the right to express my medical concerns and ask questions about my health. Instead she inappropriately was outspoken and abrupt. Sadly when she brought in her nurse the conversation escalated and I became very agitated and left the office. I have never experienced an unpleasant medical interaction with a doctor as I have with Dr. Rudin. In my opinion her poor bedside manner has overridden her expertise as a professional. I WOULD NOT recommend her.

I have had severe neck pain and cramping consistently for over a year now. I’ve seen numerous doctors with no answersSomeone suggested I go see Dr LunaRudin I was able to get an appointment within the week She and her nurse were very friendly compassionate and understanding.She doesn’t rush your visit and takes time to hear your story and details. She was the first doctor to diagnose my condition and spent time trying to find a specialist who takes my insurance to help me get betterBoth her and her nurse are the first doctors I’ve seen in a while who made me feel like a normal HUMAN again and not like I’m crazyI cannot thank these women enough

I was a patient of an exceptional doctor in this practice who is no longer there. After my doctor left I was transferred to the care of Dr. LunaRudin. I have seen her in the office several times. I have been disappointed each time. She does not listen effectively and interrupts me frequentlysometimes dismissing my concerns as irrelevant. Doc If you read this please realize that some of your patients are very educated and you must listen well to deliver effective care.

Dr Luna was one of the rudest doctors I have ever seen Dont even bother seeing her especially if you are ill She is worthless

Dr LunaRudin is easy to talk to and is a good listener. She provides a thorough examination and incorporates family and personal history. Finally she has provided consistently accurate diagnosis and treatment for our family. We are completely satisfied.

Switching from a pediatric doctor when youve been with them since you were born is always scary. Lets be honest going to a new doctor is a bit scary but Dr Luna was always nothing but sweet and helped me get my asthma under control. I usually hate going to the doctor but shes friendly easy to talk to and thorough. I highly reccomend her.
