Dr. Shagalov, Pamela, Julia, and the entire staff did a great job on the excision and the follow-up stitch removal. Explained what was going on and how I should care for the wound to help the healing.

Appreciated Dr calling evening after surgery to check. Also greatly appreciated her responding to my request next day for help re changing dressing. Still await stitches removed, etc. Expect will go well.

New patient appt, got there 30 minutes prior to appt time. 45 minutes to be called back, then waited another 30 minutes back in the room. Wasn’t real impressed with the wait times.

i have always been treated great. the the front desk personnel, nurses and doctors cannot be beat. the surgeries were painless, and everything pertaining to the treatment was explained in detail. Dr Shagalov was professional from the first visit to the last. I never had any reservations about her procedures and would recommend Henghold dermotology to anyone.

I was shocked I waited more than 2 months to get my appointment for a condition that needed asap care. I got stuck on traffic and was LESS THAN 15 mins late, having call them before and letting them know. When I got to the office I was told that the doctor could not see me. AGAIN… less than 15 mins late! We all wait for these doctors for hours, being all soooo patient with them! I waited in this detmatologist office for hours in previous appointments! I was in awe if the unprofessionalism, the lack of “care” , such an inconsiderate thing to do! Waist of my time and still months waiting to solve my skin issue. Back on square 1. They do not care! They didn't call me back, they did mot apologize. They did jot call to give me another appointment soon. Nothing!

Today I visit dr Lazarus office to speak about my skin condition and to remove one small wart on my finger. Dr Shagalov was very very unprofessional, don’t trust her, she will tell you to do the procedures which you didn’t need to do at all. Also check for what they charging you. I just freez 1wart , the code for procedure is 17110but at the end on the paper of medical visit they put 4 codes more, so they intent to charge me for smth that I haven’t done! Dr Shagalov can’t do professional work
