Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Emergency Room's Online Review Report Card

Currently here and not getting the help I need the staff is rude and I was denied dinner even though I have gotten admitted never will come here again YALL really don’t care….so as of today lol 8/26/2021 I spoke with the person over the staff she needs to fire lol I was kicked out this hospital and accused of smoking today this lady told me they found the person that was smoking it was not me duh we knew that but continued to ask me what did I want her to do about it they have documented how I acting to the staf AFTER THEY ACCUSED ME MADE THESE MARKS ON MY ARM these are the guards that SAID THE ROOM DID NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE TRIED TO SEARCH ME BUT THAT ABOVE HER PAY GRADE THE NURSE IS WHO MADE THESE MARKS ON MY Arm these people don’t care about nothing but a paycheck this happened 2 weeks ago I had to call them and they STILL DIDNT DO ANYTHING ANOUT THE STAFF THAT BROKE THE LAW

We had to wait for a while but this was a great place. They took care of my wife and the staff was very fond of how helpful and compassionate I was. I humbly grateful for what they've done to help my wife and the respect they've shown me. I thank them. Highly recommend this place.

During these hard times everyone should be treated with the same respect and dignity. Very rude staff and unprofessional doctors. If you don't have health care good luck getting any help.

If you want immediate care you better come by ambulance. You will die waiting in the waiting room. No compassion.. just greed.

My Husband was brought here after a spinal cord injury. His surgery was performed by Dr. Jobe. He spent five days in ICU and received excellent care by the skilled compassionate nurses in this unit.Then he was transferred to the seventh floor rehabilitation unit over seen by Coleen, who was so helpful to me and my Son. Germail Tonya and Abbey took good care of him in his room. I will forever be grateful that this wonderful team of therapist were the first people to work with my Husband. Tony, Kathleen, Stephanie, Shannon, Sandy, Meg, and Corey are to be commended for the confidence, courage and training bestowed on my Husband. The nicest experienced dedicated people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Mrs. C.

I have been waiting with kidney and left armpit pain with not even a blood test since 5pm on a Tuesday night. It is now 930pm and still no treatment,  still in pain. The nurses poked and hurt me worse they couldn't even draw blood right and when I told them I needed a something for this emance pain I've been having they look at me all grudgingly it makes me sick. I should if just fine to St.Pete Medical center like I had planned on but I thought I'd give these guys a shot. Well I'm good. I would rather deal with my eminence pain tonight and go somewhere where the doctors and nurses to treat you like an asshole. Worse hospital ever

This is the sorriest excuse for a hospital it is disgustingly dirty everyone that works there is so rude it is the most miserable experience I've ever seen at a hospital. Postponed her surgery overnight with a bone hanging out of her leg because they didnt have enough doctors.if you're smart you'll take someone to Tampa general where they can handle it it's updated it's clean and the people treat you with respect.

Must be nice that when I have an emergency and no valet is available that I can’t park on the street because the Doctors and Nurses take up the emergency room patient parking.

As someone who works here, I would never come here to be treated. There blood on the hand sanitizer dispensers, actual poop left on toilets for weeks, bodily fluids like puke left on the sidewalk by the ER. Just down right nasty. If their maintenance cleaning crew is this bad in the public areas imagine the germ infestation throughout the hospital. Don’t come here!!!!
