Carespot Urgent Care - Bayfront Health St. Petersburg's Online Review Report Card

The customer service here is horrible. The ladies at the front desk are very slow and rude. Took them almost 10 minutes to walk a tablet out to me… They talk about customers in a mean way behind the glass window and they don’t care if you hear them. My insurance wasn’t covered here and I went to Med Express instead (which has way better customer service!) Don’t go here, the staff seem to not care about their jobs.

They don’t car about you they just need your money the first thing they asked me for is the $$$ they didn’t even ask me why am there

Review three years ago was 5 stars. They've changed hands and clearly don't care about preventing the spread of illness among patients. How about some air flow in the tiny waiting room? Or limiting occupancy? Or having people wait in their car? Shared, unsanitized pens. Shared, unsanitized registration tablet. Empty hand sanitizer. Shame.

I went on Monday, August 2nd for strep. The wait was quick, they accepted my insurance with no problem, and I was seen within the hour or two. I had to go back on Tuesday, August 10th because I had a double ear infection that wasn’t getting better. Wait time was 2 hours. Fine, I understand that, I wasn’t in a rush. I gave them my insurance and sat down. They apparently couldn’t “find me in the system” even though I was just there, AND they suddenly didn’t take my insurance. I even called my insurance to confirm with them, and they said that yes, they were in fact with that specific doctors office. I told the front desk, showed them the proof, and they didn’t believe me. The doctor was great, he listened and gave me antibiotics, but the front desk and the wait was ridiculous

Took way too long will never use again!

THREE HOUR wait time. The doctor ordered a testing kit - which evidently they used to keep in stock but don't anymore. So now I need to go to Quest to pick that up - but not til tomorrow, obviously, since they're closed now, three hours later. So they haven't actually diagnosed or treated anything, and im taking off work tomorrow to do my own at home test.

Absolute joke of a care center. Masks are still enforced yet staff doesn't wear them if they're not in clear sight of patients. They'll deny this but look behind the front desk when you're there and you'll see. My "doctor" likely printed out his diploma online as he let me convince him which medicine I wanted. Also was told as he was walking out the door to "monitor my heart rate" with no explanation or guidance. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Check the other reviews. Wasn't called in till an hour after my appointment. Someone hastily took my vitals and left me in a cold room for yet another hour.When the "doctor" finally comes in, he doesn't introduce himself, barely glances at me without inspecting my wound, and says I'll be fine. Only prescribed antibiotics at my suggestion?300 dollars down the drain.Update, I was not fine. I suffered nerve damage due to a dog bite on my arm. Thanks a lot Bayfront!Also, why are your google photos stock photos? How about any sense of professionalism?
