I had been suffering for 14 months after radiation therapy for laryngeal cancer . I have been admitted 3 or 4 times for severe swelling of my throat area and have been pretty much living on prednisone , no solid foods for the 14 months .I had gone to three different ENT Doctors only to be told it was all part of radiation and then if it got worse, I would need a trach and a feeding tube. After being admitted into Orlando Health Bayfront, I met with Dr. Pfaff. After some tests and a video Dr.Pfaff found why I was swelling all the time and got to the root of the problem, not wanting just to put a trach in me or a feeding tube. After two weeks of being diagnosed and treated I’m actually eating solid foods again and feeling 100% better. Thank you Dr.Pfaff !!

Worst decision! Inspire Sleep has virtually destroyed my life. May 11,2022 Dr. Pfaff did a wonderful surgery. Upon follow up, she told me she was "Pumped". I was extremely hopeful and excited then the bottom fell out. Dr. Pfaff Sent me to an incompetent doctor whom was learning on the fly by the name Kunal Agarwal in Sarasota. Under his pathetic care, I inherited the following, Check the boxes: Central sleep apnea Hospice breathing, AKA Cheyne Stokes Respirations, Atrial fibrillation, Thoracic aortic aneurysm, Restless legs syndrome, Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideations,... I think you get the picture. They basically effed up big time. My brain is awake every minute of the night I have become a totally different man, restless, irritable, discontented after being told that there is no therapeutic setting available on Inspire sleep that will help me. Have been seeing PA Stephanie Zole for years. She is calm, patient, kind and very thorough. Her follow-up is wonderful. I saw Dr Pfaff for the 1st time and was very impressed with her knowledge and her ability to connect with me.

The staff and the doctors are very nice. Very communicative and informative. The reason why I give them three stars, one being the wait time. My appointment was for 8 AM. I was the first one to sign in yet it still took almost 2 hours for me to actually see the doctor, it was a little ridiculous. I don’t think you should schedule multiple patients for the same time and the same doctor and have people sitting in there for 2-3 hours. It’s extremely frustrating! Another thing the facility itself is clean, but the room that I was in was disgusting. There were thick piles of dust on the bottom of the carts. The floorboards were dirty and dusty, and the walls were extremely dirty. It looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time, there was also a full trashcan in there at a 8:00am appt 😳 Again, the staff and doctors were great. The wait times and cleanliness of the rooms definitely need to be addressed.

My first experience with this office was absolutely terrible. Worst experience I've ever had with a medical office front desk staff. Waited a hr, the front desk women never checked me in but scratched my name off the list. They then said I was check in but had to wait because other patients had appointments, after a brief logical conversation they realized I had an appointment which was well before the current patients in the lobby. They told me dr Espinola always runs late and that they can reschedule me... So this can happen again?They then refused to see me for an evaluation for a second opinion because I didn't bring all my records from my prior office. Common sense says this physician would need to do their own evaluation to compare to the other physicians. It felt like they were trying to get me off the schedule because they were so behind. Total waste of my morning, so glad I took time off work be be there. I will never step foot in this dark and dingy office again.

I was referred to 'little miss know-it-all' by Bayfront Hospital. The comments of others below about the staff are entirely true, I've never met a ruder, more arrogant bunch. But the doctors errors have cost me months of agony. I had two very simple requests, test the fluid in the bags that I brought in to find out what it was, saliva or cerebrospinal fluid, a very important difference and order an MRI for the neck and head. At some point Trina lost interest in our conversation and when she told me that she was ordering an MRI for me I urgently tried to confirm that it would be for the neck and head, not merely the brain. She didn't even lower herself to answer me and when I repeated the question with the same urgency, one of her aggressively nasty associates told me, "It will do both!" Of course you can guess, they only shot the brain, where I knew there was no problem and totally ignored the area of concern, supposedly her specialty, the neck and head. Later, when I called for a prescription, she never even stooped to return my call. Steer clear of this chick and her chicklings, they are a bunch too much alike to be of any use to mere patients. There will be a reckoning if I survive this and that is still an open question.

Excellent service with this group for a number of issues. Audiologist is outstanding and always available for questions. Dr Espinola is very efficient and great with follow up. Office can get busy during winter season but worth the wait.

I rarely take the time to write poor reviews, and I never write them immediately after the unpleasant encounter just so I can cool down and maybe see it in a different light. It is sad to say that my encounter with this Office's BILLING Manager has ruffled the wrong feathers and I simply have to say something about it. If it was not for the excellent service provided by my doctor (Pfaff) I would have taken my business elsewhere. It makes me wonder how many patients they have lost due to very unprofessional office staff that seem to pride themselves in being rude. I would highly suggest that everyone pay very close attention to their bills as they may have greatly overpaid under the supervision of the BILLING Manager. My recent encounter was outrageously unprofessional, and her rudeness was top of the line. I called to question why I was being charged again for services that had already been paid. I guess my concern of being overcharged set her off or I may have touched a sore subject because that would prove errors in her job. I advised that I had already cleared this up with the Office Manager which irritated her further because her response was that he was the Office Manager and she was the BILLING Manager so he could not do a thing about it. When I asked to speak with the Office Manager she quickly informed me that I could not speak with him and that she is the only one that could do anything and her word was final. I offered to email the billing receipts showing proof that the bill she was talking about had been paid, that ended quickly with her telling me I had to drive to her and present it in person put it in the mail. By the time I got off the phone, nothing had been resolved and this BILLING manager did nothing but raise my blood pressure. It is a shame that it seems you have to tolerate rude and incompetent office help to get quality Healthcare.
