Dr. Baker and the nurses are great; however, the woman who works the front desk is quite rude and impatient. Her attitude is not suitable to work with people, especially those that are sick.

Generally fast service. The doctors are thorough. No long wait times. Overall happy with the facility. Slightly annoyed by their billing practices. I had a bill for less than $8 for a physical and they sent the bill out in the mail, excessively and repeatedly when I was out of town and likely spent more money on resources (paper, ink, envelopes and postage) sending me the bill than the bill actually cost. Like every other greedy medical facility in the United States. On a separate occasion I had concerns about the medical billing codes they sent to Quest and my insurance because I was charged an outrageous bill for basic services like bloodwork. The billing representative does not call you back when you leave a voicemail. She can't be bothered with those kinds of issues or questions.

Miss Marjorie is by far the rudest, unprofessional front desk staff I have ever encountered with she talks over you, she HANGS UP THE IN THE MIDST OF ME TALKING then I called back the phone picks up and hang up I come into the office she walks away from the desk leave me there standing until another staff walked up and approached me, I can not make this up my feelings was truly hurt as a human and as a patient I’m sorry but I will not be returning Dr baker is a phenomenal doctor.

I just moved to Florida, I was searching for a family doctor and I went to Dr Baker. We discussed an increase of dosage of a prescription. But I had an issue with the authorization because the people of the office are either lazy or negligent. I am taking this medicine since February and Dr Baker approved the increase. My insurance said that they just needed to reach out to them and those people from that office refused to do so. So now I have to find another doctor. Very frustrating…
