Went there today cause the emergency room I was at Friday sent me a referral to establish a primary care and also one for a specialist. I do no have an insurance so I definitely don’t have primary Dr . Iwas told the Dr there would read me my X-rays and explain. I wasn’t with the Dr for 5mins. They never checked my blood pressure or checked my temperature. I gave them my paperwork from the er and was explaining to them why I went to their er. The Dr came in told me I’m not swollen at all. Complete dismissing me being short I showed him the difference when I balled my hand up and it’s tight on my knuckle . So he then writes me a referral for a specialist till same kind as er.Tried to make the appointment they don’t take anyone without insurance…hints why I’m at their place paying cash to begin with. Called them to see about another place and was told a lot of people only take insurance…waiting for the lady to call me back….after the Dr acting like I’m completely wasting his time and dismissing me.i was in tears just took the referral and inflammations pills… and left then after getting home I realized they never took my blood pressure or temp and I called them to see if that was the primary appointment and no no it wasn’t so I basically paid 125$ to get talked to rudly told there is nothing wrong with me sent a referral that I can’t use and it’s been 4hours and Walgreens still hasn’t filled the script from them… so if I get those at least the money I spent today won’t be COMPLETELY FOR NOTHING! I try to see the part I play maybe I said the wrong thing when I made my appointment but the paper work I gave them ( and had a hard time getting back from them) stated that on it my referral to them was to establish primary care.even brought my other paperwork from July when my intestines were swollen . Never made it that far . So I wanna thank Dr Hanai for your treatment today. I was going to get another Dr at the 9the ave location but I rather not even be with this company. At all! I just want answers and I guess when you don’t have insurance no one is willing to help you! Update next day Walgreens’s still hasn’t filled the script and never got a call back from them! Guess they just made a quick 125$ off me. Updated havnt gone and seen the Dr yet and more blood is to be done. But I seen The rheumatoid arthritis doctor almost a week after seeing this doctor, and in his notes below, he even noticed slight swelling in my hands that the other doctor said there was none. I’m not sure what his judgment and the nurse who got me ready for him was but when they’re both sick and in pain, I still wish them a better doctor than they both were to me! I hope this company prints this out and gives them both a copy of it!!! Bless them change me! If a doctor doesn’t listen to you, you keep going and you keep going till someone does. Thank you Dr. Emmanuel at Bay care for actually listening to me when I fully know what I have I’ll be printing out my results and giving it to this company in person to thank them for their treatment.

My experience was today that I had initially told me to make an appointment when in reality the nurse Pam management stated that I was dismissed from the practice and so I asked her why was I dismissed from the practice she refused to give me what it was and why I was dismissed. And she said that the owner I guess is Dr Saba. Stated you need to call main office - Then the whole staff left out went smoking and talking and tried to address her she was being evasive. Which the initial complaint was in 2023 and the worker stated that the owner wasn't there . Which he was walking back and forth . Instead of address the issues I never received a call back from no one from that practice but saying that we are handling the situation no response. So is that how you treat your patience. With a heartless attitude. That says a lot about your leadership skills CHARCTER and integrity and your company as a whole is a reflection of you. So apparently back in the summer there was issues with this physician that was in question this practice began to lose all of my medical records and said that they couldn't find it it was in the chart and let me hold on let me go look and this than the other and then when I did take all the necessary steps and that was ordered and they still couldn't find my documentation and this was not just only at the central location. I think that people need to be aware of what is going on with this practice because if you are a professional entity and you can't keep medical records or you can't keep up with what you have ordered then something is wrong with leadership and staff and and if you're not addressing the needs of the people then something else is wrong as well so I just wanted to make the community aware of this. Claim set to be that they sent a letter out to me I never did receive a letter of any sort of stating whatever they stated or said that they stated there was no letter addressed to me. So they need to come with a better answer that has been complaints with Dr service office in the past. They are trying to make people think they have a good practice but is very evil. Anytime you let a physician try to damage a patient something is wrong with that doctor and needs evaluation as well. It's sad that no one wants to stand up for the right. But allow these doctors to get away with murder and not be held accountable. Underlying snakes in disguise. This practice not only lost my test results apparently the doctor wasn't looking at none of the files to know what was going on. Dr. Hani was very cocky and arrogant towards me until I had to check him. A d then he refused when I had a medical condition stating that I am not responsible for this . Well you are my primary if you do not respond then who is each doctor was trying to shift blame. This is not ethical practice when my health was in danger and it was a matter of life and death. You all need to run far west and east as you can cause this practice don't care about their patients

Mindy or Erika always find a opening for me, even when I call in the day I need an appointment. The girls are great always smiling with best attitudes. Dr Hanai is awesome he listens and gives great advice, we work together on my health. They draw blood in house so you don't have to go elsewhere. Alex doesn't miss when looking for a vein, she makes it pleasant as much as possible.

I love this office and Dr Hanai. Everyone is so friendly and polite. Dr Hanai is very positive and I get seen right away.

Bad experience for telephone conversation.. when I try to call about my questions and lady who receive phone, she cut phone without any response, she’s like unprofessional she don’t know how to care customer care
