My appointments are always information and I feel taken care of. Dr. Lanza is a wonderful doctor. I feel blessed.

I wasn’t going to write this review because I do feel bad about the situation. The onboarding is ridiculous and I had to sit in a room and watch two 20 minute videos that had nothing to do with my symptoms before I even saw a Dr. When Dr. Lanza came in he was in a motorized chair and he had a mask on and I couldn’t understand a thing he said, very mumbled. When I finally told them “I’m very confused what’s going on here he told me he had Parkinson’s. The staff should have let a new patient know to mitigate the surprise on the patients end and also spare the Dr’s feelings because I was very taken aback. Anyway I went home and read all of his credentials and he is truly a brilliant man with an incredible medical background who has a terrible disease. I did decide to go back for a second appt and get a catscan and give him the benefit of the doubt. I waited 3 hours to be seen after the catscan and when Dr. Lanza finally came in I truly could not understand a word he said and as he was reaching over me me getting out of his chair to look in my sinuses I truly felt he was going to fall on me. He does have a male nurse in the room with him who I assume is there to help when Dr. Lanza can’t be understood and I’m staring at him hoping he will help because I keep having to ask what the Dr is saying and he was completely useless. I walked out not understanding the results of my catscan and did tell the male nurse that patients really should be warned of his condition before scheduling the appt and all he said was “ok”. Then I told the very rude gentleman at the front desk the same thing and was also met with and attitude. I told him I will not be back and he was like “whatever”. I feel terribly for this brilliant man who has an awful disease but he’s the second ENT I saw desperately seeking answers for my sinus issues and it was a complete waste of time.

Dr. Lanza is a special physician who always amazes me with his non judgemental attitude, kindness and genuine concern for my health issues. He puts the pieces of my body's subtle and not so subtle calls for help together in an understandable plan of action.

Dr. Lanza's insight to an evaluation is an asset to his profession.

Dr. Solyar is the best! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Everyone is knowledgeable, especially Dr. Solyar. You won't find a more caring sinus specialist.

The staff and doctor were very kind and listened carefully to my symptoms. The doctor provided a written explanation of my diagnosis, including written instructions for medication and diet changes. The doctor took the time to do a thorough examination and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend sinus and nasal Institute.

Excellent as always. Everyone there is a pro and they provide a professional experience as you would expect.

Made an appointment. Nothing was resolved with the problem I was having. They gave me an estimate before my appointment which I paid. Then billed me for another 1/3 of what was estimated. Plus the issue was untouched. Of course wanting me to come back for another appointment when she did nothing to help at the first appointment. Total was over $400 to have nothing done but to look up my nose. Total rip off and un professional.

How can I explain the feeling of being able to breathe again. .. .after decades of dumb ENT doctors and endless pain ...I finally found this Institute! .WOW! Dr.Sollyar is my angel who saved my life! She is a brilliant genius! THANK YOU ! !! Thank you! Thank you!

Dr. Alla Solyar and all of the staff of the Sinus & Nasal Institute of Florida are better than the best. While always working in partnership with their patients they each demonstrate professionalism and empathy without fail. I have now been in the care of Dr. Solyar for ten years and she has brought me improved health and unconditional support consistently. She and her partner, Dr. Lanza, are always there with the level of help we each wish all of our medical providers delivered.
