I have a rare inner ear condition and needed a Dr. who had treated this condition. She not only treated people with my condition, knew exactly how to treat it and knew more about it than the Dr.s at Duke University where I was diagnosed.

my recent experience with Dr. Gilroy was fantastic: I found her to be very knowledgeable, patient, informative and having a great “chair side manner” Today has been my second visit and I am not only impressed with Dr. Gilroy, but her entire office I feel so blessed to have found these wonderful people to take care of my throat issues!

I’m posting for my husband Doug who was a New Patient of Dr Gilroy. He had an issue with his left ear for months and saw another doctor and they did nothing. Dr Gilroy was recommended by a PA friend of ours and she had a cancellation and was able to see him the same day we called for the appointment. She’s not like all those other doctors offices where you call and have to pick a prompt to transfer to schedule appointments or whatever, you get a LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO. Just like it should be. Any way, Doug was seen his ear was taken care of. A huge piece of wax was removed that was blocking his ear drum and all was good. We highly recommended Dr Gilroy and her office staff.

Dr Gilroy and her team at St Pete Ear Nose and Throat were exceptional. I highly recommend! I had an infection and it was an emergency and they took me in for an appointment on the same day. They scheduled immediately over the phone for an appointment within a few hours. I couldn't believe it. I had called several other ENTs and they did not take emergency appointments even after explaining my concerns over this infection so I had lost hope that any ENT in the area could help but then Dr Gilroy and her team came through for me and I know they would do it again in a heartbeat! I am so grateful for them. Dr Gilroy and her team really care for their patients and they demonstrated that care through the great service they provided and the way they helped me when I really needed it. St Pete ENT is the only remaining independent ENT within this city that is not part of a huge conglomerate like so many others. When calling bigger conglomerates of ENTs, I have had to wait on the phone for up to 15 minutes to speak to someone. At St Pete ENT you get directly connected to someone immediately. The ease of scheduling and coordinating care is unmatched. I will be switching over to this ENT for all future care. I am so grateful they helped me when I needed it most. I can't say that for the dozen other ENTs that I called in St. Pete. Dr Gilroy was patient, thoughtful, and joyful. Her physician's assistant was caring, detailed, and compassionate. I am so grateful for this team of excellent medical providers and I hope that this review helps you choose this independent St Pete ENT vs other large conglomerates for your future medical needs. Whether you are coordinating care for yourself or a loved one, I hope it will make your experience much easier with this independent provider than with other large ENT groups and that you will feel an exceptional quality of care like I did, that only a small business like this one can provide.

As a new patient, I was looking forward for a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. Lack of customer service. Staff hanged up on the phone and never apologize when patient called back. Lack of explanation on why a test will be done, how test will be done, if it's medically necessary, and if there's extra charge for it. As a first timer seeing an ENT specialist, I'm not familiar with the procedure for initial routine examination. So, I just trust the experts do their thing. I recalled, Dr. Gilroy looked at my nose using a nasal speculum. I remembered, she mentioned my septum is deviated to right and I have enlarged turbinale on right but she was not able to explain why I feel congested on the left instead. She offered to do Coblation if the prescribed sprays will not solve the problem. When I asked if my sinuses are okay. She said, she can scope it. Then, she start scoping my nose. She said, it's normal. Then, after a month when I received my bill, I saw I was charged $1000 for the endoscopy. Lack of symphathy to patient's concern. I reached out to them by calling. No one called me back. I reached out through patient portal email, a staff replied but did not answer the concern. I send a follow up email to raise my concern. Never received any reply.

Dr. Gilroy and her staff made me feel right at home. On my first visit they were able to review my medical history from my old ENT from NY and come up with more solutions to issues I was having more than they did. The best solution was fixing my deviated septum and turbinates in my nose. It has been a year since my surgery and the results have been extremely fantastic. I no longer snore, plus I’m able to breathe better in general, also the surgery and recovery were handled perfectly by Dr. Gilroy. If I had only one suggestion for future surgery patients with her is if you wear glasses all the time, be prepared for headaches and stiffness, otherwise the recovery was the easiest I’ve ever been through. On top of everything else, her staff is amazing, especially their billing department. They will work with you however you need them too and are not pushy. I would recommend this practice to anyone and my family. Honestly, if I did ever need to see an ENT again I’d drive the extra 45 minutes just to see her as I now live more on the Tampa side.

The best Dr's office I have been to here in Florida. Dr Gilroy is a fantastic Dr . Knowledgeable pleasant and the coolest Dr ever. The staff is equally great folk. If you need an ENT this is the place for you. Thank you Doc for fixing me up.

First time visit was great, from front desk, audiologist, PA and Dr. Gilroy. It was thorough but didn’t take too much time and all of my questions were answered. I would recommend to anyone. Visited 1/4/21

If I could give a 0 to this place. Horrible attitude. Horrible customer service. Not worth your time and money.

Don't even bother with this clinic if you have been in a car crash and have a broken nose because of it. You are wasting your time. They do not care and are not interested in seeing you. They're just worried they won't get paid is all. They could not care less if you can't breathe or are still having pain. Not their problem and they make it very clear. The receptionist was rude and could not get me off the phone fast enough once she heard it was a car crash situation, so there you have it.
