Expedient service very professional the doctor was patient the staff was very hospitable very understanding they basically waited on me hand and foot and made me feel like royalty I'd most definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Dr. Pate and all her PA’s and front office staff were amazing. Highly recommend. I went for a procedure this past Wednesday and my recovery is going very well. They were very attentive to my needs and would go back again in the future with any issues that may occur. They get 10 stars if I could give them all!!

I absolutely loved my experience here with Cassandra. I had been having ear infections every 2-3 months but after my treatment here I haven’t had one since. Such an amazing team here at Tampa Bay Breathe Free.

I am very happy with my experience. I had chronic sinus infections and got the balloon sinuplasty done and the difference is amazing. I have so much more energy and breathing now is so much easier. The staff and doctors are professional and friendly and take the time to listen and then give expert advice. I highly recommended them!

Dr. Pate and the rest of the staff are fantastic I have been seen by every PA as well. Cassandra, Victoria, and Katie are all fantastic and all of the medical assistants Vanessa, Dom, and Mackenzie have always been so helpful and informative. The front office is also great and has been so helpful. 10/10 recommend this office to everyone I know.

I want to sincerely thank Dr. Payne and the entire team for a truly outstanding experience. From start to finish, they were fast, professional, and incredibly attentive. I was kept fully in the loop throughout my procedure—every step was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. The office was also very reasonable with pricing through my insurance, which I deeply appreciate. But what meant the most to me were the results: my snoring has significantly decreased, my tinnitus has improved, and the allergy testing gave me peace of mind with confirmed negative results across the board. You can’t buy peace of mind, and you certainly can’t buy health—but somehow, this team gave me both. I walked away not just feeling better physically, but reassured and confident in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Payne’s office to anyone seeking expert, compassionate care.

The staff are all great. They are helpful and understanding when it comes to being anxious about a procedure. Their after-hours line is great too. You’re in good hands with Dr. Pate and her staff.

I am beyond pleased that I made the long drive to see a new ENT. Dr. Pate, Cassandra PA, Chelsea, Riley, Ashley and all the staff are very very nice, thorough and supportive. It's so refreshing to find a doctor and staff who are a partners in my health care and not dictators who not only don't listen, but are not even interested in their patients as human beings. If you are looking for your first ENT or looking for a more compassionate one please make the phone call and even the long drive to Dr. Pate's office.
