List of A. Daniel King's Reviews
Terrible male practice ! He was rude as all hell and the staff were just as horrible! DO NOT GO TO THEM!! HE is just looking for money doesn't care about his clients!!! Again DO NOT GO TO HIM EVER
Told me to stop taking my panic/anxiety medicine because I need to take medicine he prescribed me for my situation since the medicines interfered. Horrible medicine practice. I also was charged the wrong amount when there and called they said they can't do anything about it. Called to explain to the doctor I can't take the medicine and I needed a new or different one and she's like there isn't anything else to do "oh well" . Really?
I saw Dr King today. His staff was supportive, kind.and caring.. My primary care dr recommended him to me.Dr King was kind, explained everything slowly and answered all my questions! Ima senior and need it explained in simple terms. He did that!!My stress level about my having skin cancer surgery immediately went from high anxiety to a peaceful and calm feeling. Most importantly I felt he cared and was being honest with me regarding treatment.I am so grateful my DR recommended him. He is wonderful in my book! 🙏
Amazing visit he tell it like it is , He also found a spot that was very small just starting. I feel safe going to him. thank you
Dr. King is very professional and follows the protocol for the pandemic. He is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. His staff does a great job as I would have expected. Anyone looking for a great dermatologist, Dr. King is the one to go to.
On Nov23 I had a total hip replacement surgery performed by Dr. King. I felt it incumbent on myself to write this review. I realize that patients will recover from this operation in various ways, this is only my experience. After surgery I was helped out of bed and walked with a walker for awhile. Day2 I woke early and decided to practice walking again with the walker after what seemed like minutes I felt strong and steady, I dropped the walker in my room and began to walk the corridors unaided. To say the least, everyone was pretty astonished. I was discharged on day2 and walked out of the hospital the same way I walked in. Everyone I dealt with from Dr. King's office to my care givers at the hospital were terrific. I am a 76yr old man in pretty good shape and not over weight. I shared this experience to show that anything is possible and I thank god for Dr. King's skill.
Thank you Dr.King and you wonderful staff for making me feel comfortable during my recent procedure.. you and your staff showed such kindness and caring during what for me was a scary procedure. From my first visit in the office the staff was friendly and accommodating. The sun check that was done by Dr.King was the most through check I have ever received. From head to bottom of my foot!! A few questionable spots had to be removed and I was scared. Dr.King and staff took my fears away- I left the procedure hugging the nurses. Thank you Thank you!! You all are stuck with me forever!
I will not go back! I have never been treated so rudely by front office staff! Obviously Dr. King does not need the business with the reception I received. This was my first and last appt. at this office. Let me explain..My scheduled appointment was at 9:00am and they want you there 20 minutes early. I am fine with that and planned accordingly. Unfortunately I caught all the school crossing guards and was unable to get there 20 minutes early, but did arrive by my actual appt. time. I went up to the front desk, introduced myself and the receptionist said, "So you are the patient that was supposed to get here 20 minutes ago." I stated that I unfortunately caught the school traffic and was shocked by the unexpected delay. She said,” Well you should be going back for my appointment now but because you were late we will need to reschedule”. I tried to explain again why I was late and that I was still there by the scheduled appointment but she refused to reconsider. I told her never mind as I will not be back. As I was leaving I noticed that the lobby was totally empty. With this type of reception especially on a first visit, you really have to wonder if the Doctor is really worth it. Seems that his choices for receptionist is lousy so how might be the rest of his choices be? He lost me as a customer and therefore my money before I even met him. Too many other dermatologists in the area to choose from so Dr. King should really rethink who he hires to greet people. Maybe this is why the place was empty. My recommendation….find another dermatologist who’s staff recognizes unexpected delays and puts patients first.
Dr King took me on as a patient after failed knee replacement from another ortho. He has operated on me three times. Dr King is consistent in giving the best care and very attentive post operatively. I came with a jacked up knee and I know I wasn’t a surgeons dream! The staff is wonderful and scheduling quite easy. It’s still slow moving with actual visit. I get that emergencies come up. This was hands down the best decision I could have made.
Sorry I ever went to him. Here it is three years later and I am in terrible pain every day. He messed up and knows it. Never should have operated on my knee while the inflammation was so severe. Should have waited but he said all the swelling and pain and inflammation would be gone. Never has gone at all. I am worse than before the surgery.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
