Our experience with Dr. Desai has been poor. You get the sense that these individuals have become so accustomed to cancer that your circumstance seems mundane and you just become another statistic and the empathy for your condition has been long lost. This unfortunately is the mood carried throughout the staff as well. If you are looking for a caring doctor and staff who will look out for you, treat you with respect look else where.

Dr. Desai is an excellent doctor. I am being treated for CLL. Originally I went to MD Anderson in Houston and still have my doctor there. Dr. Desai consults them and she gives me the treatments. I have never felt rushed and she is constantly asking me if I have any other questions. Everyone in the office is very caring.

Her office help needs lessons in compassion. I have found that 2 of her office staff to be rude. Dr Desai and her assistant are great.

I love Dr. Desai. She always takes her time to answer every question I have and I never feel rushed though I know she had lots of patients. She is very thorough, has excellent listening skills and keeps me informed every step of the way. If she is running late, I know she is providing the same level of attention and support to the next patient so I wait patiently for my time with her. Dealing with a potentially deadly disease can be scary. I always leave Dr. Desai's office feeling encouraged, in great hands and armed with what I need to be healthy. I am thankful she is my doctor.

I had to waited more than 40 minutes to see DR. Desai, finally left in disgust. I had been a patient of her's some years ago, she hasn't changed.

Awesome clinic the staff is great. Dr Desai really takes the time to go over everything you tell she cares about her patients. Also her PA is just as caring.

Dr Desai is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring, and professional in every way. She takes her time with every patient, answers questions in an understandable way for lay people, and is calming.

In my experience with Dr Desai, she does not like to answer questions and shows this by replying with biting, condescending responses. Also,when I asked her about a second opion from another oncologist, she said that it was not necessary bc she was sending me to her radiologist to start treatments. I ended up seeking another opinion after another doctor practically insisted I do so. For these reasons, I could never recommend her.
