Office staff are totally incompetent! All day they told me a script was called in only to figure out it was NEVER called in. Then when it finally was called in, it was a different location, different town - this even after confirming the pharmacy with them, even after they ask you for that information on your paperwork. A Dr spends THOUSANDS on schooling and then hires a noncaring, nonchalant staff to ruin it for him? I don't get it. I will NEVER return to this practice.

Dr. Lonabaugh is a professional attentive and caring podiatrist. He was able to diagnose a problem that several other doctors could not figure out. He made me feel at ease during my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Lonabaugh

My experience at Dr. Lonabaugh’s office was great! I was greeted by the receptionist right away with a smile! Dr. Lonabaugh was very thorough!! He was friendly, gentle, and you can tell he is very educated in his field!!! I highly recommend him for all of your podiatry needs!!!

Dr. Lonabaugh has been a blessing after suffering a terrible heel fracture. I was told I would never walk the same again & told by another that I could loose my leg. Dr. L thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what I should expect during my rehab. I'm now 6 months out & back to work. I still have some stiffness but I guess that's to be expected at this point in my recovery. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Lonabaugh and the way he helped during my awful accident.

Dr. Lonabaugh recently performed surgery on my left foot. He told me it would be as good as new. In reality, he only did part of the surgery. He repaired the tendon, however, he neglected to fix my fallen arch and collapsed foot that had occurred because of the torn tendon. I had to get ANOTHER surgery from a well qualified surgeon to fix my foot, which should have been done with the 1st surgery. I’m assuming Dr. L knew he could not do the reconstructive surgery but wanted the money for the tendon repair, which by the way, the 2nd surgeon said he had to redo that bc it was not done well.

Dr. Lonabaugh is a very knowledgable doctor. I was very impressed. He's kind, caring and actually listens. Very grateful to him and would highly recommend.

Dr. Lonabaugh makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He will be removing my bunions on both feet over the next few months which I am not looking forward to but I am happy he will be doing the procedure. I have a lot of confidence in him and his staff. I feel I made the right choice by coming to this office.
