Banyan Treatment Centers - Stuart's Online Review Report Card

While at this treatment center I was able to be inspired by the most helpful and caring treatment staff. I was also able to take at look at myself and determine some underlying factors that ultimately led me here in the first place. I have nothing gratitude, thanks, and appreciation for the time given to me by the center to help me find myself again.

Thanks to the staff at Banyan Stuart in Xanax free since 1/26/20 . I was able to detox comfortably after 15 yrs of Xanax use . The chefs amazing , the staff great and my therapists were perfect for me . Thank you once Again for making me feel at home and not just a patient

this was my second time there but this time i tried to injest the program more heartily and learn from the staff and people there with similar backgrounds. it seems to have work out well for me this time and appreciate everything i learned.I am keeping in touch with my friends from there and and they help me stay the course and hopefully i help them a little to.THANK YOU with my regards Ed Cunberledge

I came here in august of 2018 and when I needed treatment again I knew this banyan was the one I needed. The reason is because the staff is unbelievably amazing, caring and experienced and the setting and accommodations are phenomenal 😍 ❤ 💖 ♥

Had an awesome experience, the staff is kind, sincere and knowledgeable about care. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a lifelong change in their thought process.

My last review has "disappeared", but my experience with Banyan has been so horrible I have to expose them. I came to Banyan willingly so I thought I can change my mind n leave whenever I wasn't satisfied with the care that I'm paying thousands for! But boy was I wrong! After a few days I decided the patient care was not there. I could barely get a call to my family. I decided to leave and finally got a call to my husband, which was told to speak English even though my first language is Spanish, him to pick me up. The psych Assistant told me to wait and tried to stop the conversation. I told him I have rights as a pt and he told me he couldn't facilitate any more calls because I wanted to leave. He made it clear if I wanted to make any calls I needed to leave the premises n find my own phone. I had no other choice but to leave and luckily found a nice lady n called my husband. He was flying the next day. He got to Banyan n asked for me and was told I was sleeping even though I just talked to the aids. They 100% lied to him. He was not satisfied with that answer so called Banyan n was told that I was able to use any phone in the facility to call him, which is the craziest lie Banyan told. Because the only way u can use the phone is with a therapist which are not there at night. So why lie to my husband 2x within the first 15mins Banyan?? I checked out more traumatized then I went in! I am sure they have the recordings of my husband getting there and what the aids said which was all lies. They should also have the phone recordings since they record for quality assurance. Pls look into another place when considering Banyan its not worth it in my opinion.

Went there almost 8 months ago can’t say it was easy or fun everyday but I left a different person and have been doing great since.

I was there,it is a great place, kudos to ALL staff members. Unfortunately I need to come back.

I called this place, gave insurance like you have to do. They made my flight info, then they started calling me everyday to make sure I was still coming. 3–4 weeks later, they canceled my flight, without me knowing, then received a call saying they didn’t accept my insurance, then they tried to say, I was self pay. I said really with disability. They won’t refund my flight money. If I were you I would run the other way.

Banyan Stuart was the best experience ever. My therapists helped me dig deep into my issues and prepared an effective and beneficial planned that slowly but surely made all the difference for a brighter future. The entire staff was exceptional. Every single one went above and beyond to make me feel better on a daily basis. They were caring, supportive, encouraging and understanding. They were available to help and provide solutions as soon as possible. The facility was clean and spotless. This was the best decision I did for myself and thanks to Banyan Stuart, I have a better outlook on life. I went from darkness to sunshine. Thanks Banyan! You will always have a special place in my heart.
