Daniel H. Brodtman's Online Review Report Card

The Dr.was super rude and very unprofessional. A friend of mine took her son for his appointment which had been booked for a while he made her very uncomfortable. She is one of the kindest people I know and he took it upon himself to tell her about her personal religious views. He also judged her on decision she made for her child. The experience was horrible he should not be in business and he should also learn to mind his business. I will be writing several reviews on many platforms so more mothers do not have to be treated horrible.

I will be writing several reviews on many platforms so more mothers do not have to be treated horrible.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. Dr Brodtman took his time going through the history of my daughter who has food allergies and immune issues. At the end of the visit he went over all her treatments and gave me a print out so I don’t forget! Overall I was very pleased with our visit everyone was caring and compassionate! I would definitely recommend!!

First, I NEVER write reviews. This doctor is priceless! He not only looks for the obvious problem (allergies), but he goes deeper and finds underlying immunity issues. He explains things thoroughly. He is the real deal. I am so grateful that my son's doctor referred us here. He greatly improved my son's quality of life. Saying he is excellent does not even begin to cover it!!

Horrible experience with Dr Brodtman! . I needed to find a new allergist since we moved here. Really arrogant. Blew off everything my previous allergist had helped me with. Rolled his eyes at everything and smirked while I was explaining my symptoms to him. Said I was crazy for following my previous doctors advice, who had many more years experience than he has. Stay away!

For potential patients that are not up to date on $hots or do not va((I ate: Dr. Brodtman will refuse to see you or your children unless you/they are fully va((inated. Now his website will not tell you this, NOR his staff when they schedule your first appt. When I mentioned that I would have loved to be notified of this prior to my appt he literally said “well we can’t screen people for every little thing”. Every little thing? If it’s something that will have you refuse my 1 year old daughter treatment and make her and I get up and leave your exam room, you should “screen” for that. Lastly, he was the furthest thing from considerate for my right to have a religious exemption and my legal right in FL to refuse a medical treatment [va((ines in this instance] for my child. He berated me, judged, etc. Save yourself and see Dr. Otero instead. Again I’ve left about 3 reviews in my life and I’m 29.

If you are considering going to this allergist, please read my review and save yourself wasted effort. I've probably left 3 reviews in my entire life and I'm 29. What to consider for ALL potential patients: Dr. Daniel Brodtman is extremely dismissive and rude. I hate to say misogynistic but he talked to me in a condescending tone within the first 2 mins of the appt. If my husband was in the seat I believe it would have been different. I am a very non confrontational person and when he walked in I was all smiles and excited to work with him. He started saying things to me like "well you should know if your child is allergic to a food. Food allergies aren't a guessing game!". I came to the practice to get food allergy testing.... what an allergist does. He said other things like "well tell me, what is it? Yes or no? Yes or no?!!!" when asking if my daughter reacted with hives or rashes. I'm not an allergist. I'm a mother trying my best to be my daughter's advocate. And get her a diagnosis to help her feel better. The best best best... he has cut out 90% percent of my son surgeries, he has controlled of my son asthma and his allergies.... what more could I ask for he’s 11 and had more surgery since birth. And he’s gotten much better being with Dr. Brodtman. The best with my son I can’t complain.....

So often when you visit a physician in Stuart the wait for an appointment usually averages at least 30 minutes to an hour and sometimes even longer. To my surprise the wait for my very first appointment with Dr Brodtman was only as long as it took me to complete the new patient paper work. The wait for the two follow up appointments were maybe 5 minutes. Too bad other doctors and their groups can't be the efficient. Truly a wonderful experience from the staff and Dr Brodtman.
