David Sugar's Online Review Report Card

This review comes from several experiences roughly over a 10 yr span not just one occasion…. Dr Sugar is by far the absolute best doctor you will ever find! He is also the smartest Doctor I have ever met! He is professional, polite, and cares about you as his patient. He wants to make sure you have a full healthy recovery. He pin pointed my knee issue immediately and we have taken the proper measures to heal it. I am on the road to recovery! His staff from Mrs. Stephanie, the front desk ladies, the nurses, and including his 2 P.A.’s are very knowledgeable, polite, and caring at all times. They make sure they explain everything they are doing and educating you along the way so you are never left in the dark. If its a question they don't have an answer to they get the correct one or ask doc. You are always greeted with a smile and treated like family not just another patient or dollar sign. You could not ask or find a better Doctor, surgeon, or group of people in my opinion!

I would give a zero rating if that were possible. Due to an incorrect address when my wife researched his office, she was 15 minutes late for her first appointment with Dr. Sugar. The lady at the desk told her she could not be seen even though she explained to her that she has been falling and needed help. The desk person said she would compensate my wife by not charging her a $25 late fee. How gracious of her. The waiting room was full. Do you suppose the doctor was taking those patients on time or was he compensating them for him being late? i doubt it. Has anyone ever been to a doctor and been taken on time or have you waited as long as a hour at their convenience? Supposedly, Dr. Sugar is a good doctor, but we will never know. As far as the agreement at the bottom of this page that says I or my family member have received treatment, my remarks qualify my checking the box.

Dr Sugar has been our orthopedic surgeon for several years; a knee replacement for my husband yielded wonderful results. He and his staff explain, answer and clarify. It’s a busy office, but we’ve never had trouble getting an appointment. I would refer my family and friends without reservation.

Dr Sugar and his entire staff are the best! We just moved to the area and I unfortunately fell and tore my meniscus. Dr Sugar came highly recommended to me by a trusted family member, and I was lucky enough to get right in. Very thankful to have found such a professional and caring place! EXCELLENT. I feel so lucky and blessed to have found Dr. Sugar and his entire team. After X-rays, Dr. Sugar explained all options starting with PT, possible injections, and potential for surgery as a last option. The amazing quality of Dr. Sugar's expertise and results, the entire teamwork experience, and the efficiency and sincere kindness of Dr. Sugar and his staff are perfection. I have been to Dr. Sugar’s office twice now. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Sugar is thorough in explaining the treatment plan in a lay persons language and is very down to earth. I have been to other Orthopedic Doctors and Dr. Sugar is the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his speciality.

I visited Dr. Sugar’s office today. The staff was friendly and welcoming and professional at the same time. I felt at ease after my consultation due to the care and explanation that was shown to me. This office is also very punctual, which is always a BIG plus with me.

Doctor Sugar has been our family orthopedic doctor for many years now. He has treated my husband on several occasions, and I have been to him a dozen times. He and his staff make you feel at home and like family. He is very personable and takes the time to listen to your needs. I highly recommend him.
