She is very caring and attentive to your needs. Questions are always answered. Love the fact she is with the Cleveland clinic group. She is wonderful. Would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Pham is an excellent physician. As someone with diabetes she explained all the things necessary for me to not be in jeopardy. She also helped with my neuropathy. She is a loving and caring doctor.

Dr Pham could not cake care of a my big toe fracture, letting toe fragment heal before offering me to remove it. Now it hurts to walk being that toe healed improperly, and I need a surgery to fix it. When I came in to see her 2 days after the fracture, after visit to an Urgent care, and x-rays, she made an excuse of not being able to look at the x-rays that clearly showed the avulsion fracture. So unprofessional!

I had been having foot pain for a few years and saw multiple doctors, but thank goodness for Dr. Pham who found out I had a longer limb on one side and prescribed me custom orthotics which has helped tremendously and going on 3 months now I have no pain amymore. Nice and friendly environment and doc was very thorough. I wish the others had taken the time she did to solve my problem.

My first visit was great. I was giving stretches to do and given medication. They made me a follow up appointment to go back in two weeks. The office called me less then 24 hours before my appointment to cancel my appointment due to a meeting. I rescheduled and then yet AGAIN they called to cancel my appointment due to another meeting. I will be looking for another doctor today.
