Dr. Giles and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the operating room, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and SOOO sweet. I felt entirely comfortable from the second I walked in. I went in for a breast augmentation to correct asymmetry. Throughout the entire process, all of my questions were answered and I felt confident in trusting Dr. Giles and his staff. And the results?! Better than I could have EVER imagined. I've only cried three times, I swear! (All happy tears, of course).Thank you, Dr. Giles and staff, for helping me FINALLY feel comfortable in my own skin!

Dr Giles and his staff deserve 6 stars. Everyone is pleasant, professional and treats each patient like they are the most important person in the office. From the initial consultation to the daily follow ups post-op, I can't say enough about the artistry of Dr. Giles and the kindness of every step of the way.

I cannot say enough about my experience with this practice. Right from the start I was treated like I was their only patient. Sandy was so friendly and professional. The medical assistant and OR team was amazing. Shelly was so patient with all my crazy questions and concerns. And Dr Giles.....simply amazing. Will DEFINITELY come back for my next procedure.

Dr Giles and his staff are INCREDIBLE and I couldn't be happier with my tummy tuck!!! After having a "big belly" since I was teenager it feels AMAZING to finally have a flat stomach and I don't have to dress to hide it any longer. From my first appointment and on they have been so understanding and welcoming. They ALWAYS answer evey question I can come up with! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Giles, his practice, and his entire staff. THEY DESERVE 10 STARS!!!

Doctor Giles and his whole team are nothing short of amazing. As soon as you walk through those doors you feel so comfortable and they go above and beyond to help you feel that way. Everyone’s smile there is contagious and you can’t help but smile and laugh the whole time. They work as one big team. The experience while in his office matches his work. He takes his time and really listens to your wants and needs then gives you exactly what you want. He exceeded all of my expectations and all the wonderful ladies who work there are the most kind hearted people I’ve met! Could never thank them enough!!

Dr Giles and his entire clinical staff were nothing short of amazing. I am thoroughly impressed with not only his work (on me), his expertise, and bedside manner are phenomenal. I would recommend him to anyone under the sun! I will sing his praises for years to come. Thank you Dr Giles and your wonderful staff!

I'm gonna make this short, to the point, and sweet. I'll never go anywhere else for my cosmetic surgery. The staff, to say the least, is above par!!! They make you feel welcome, comfortable, and are extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel like you matter and that's very important to me. Dr Giles, what can I say... hes my savior!!! He made me feel beautiful again!!!! Theres no question that he wont answe . He goes above and beyond, to explain in detail what's going to happen, then makes it happen!!! There will never be another surgeon ever do any surgeries on me. To say that I recommend him, is an understatement!!!! Hes the best!!! Love to all!!

OUT OF STATE PATIENT!!!!I am 5 weeks Post-op and could not be more excited with the results so far! I chose Dr. Giles due to being very highly recommended from one of my friends that has had personal experience with Dr. Giles. I flew from Detroit to Florida just to have Dr. Giles perform my surgery. I had a breast lift with implant, a mini tummy tuck and a little liposuction on upper abdomen and sides. The staff are all amazing! Coming from Detroit for such a large surgery was nerve wrecking, but Holly had me so comfortable from the moment I had my first phone call with her, it was neat to finally meet her by the time I finally made it to Florida after a few months of preparation! The entire office staff is awesome- Post-Op I have worked the closest with Shelly and Jess- which are both spectacular. They are patient, caring, warm and anyone can see they love what they do!Dr. Giles is exceptional. He was very honest with me during my entire process telling me the pros and cons to what I was looking for as well as making sure I knew the realistic outcomes of my goals. There was never a time that I felt he was just trying to "sell surgery/services." It's very clear that he wants to make the decision based on the patient and weighs the risks vs. the benefits before deciding to do a procedure. I never felt rushed with him, even as busy as he is- he always spent plenty of time in the room with me at my post-ops with any questions I had etc. (pre-op as well)I am a very feminine woman, but my breasts have always been an issue- Not only did kids make them worse, but Dr. Giles told me they were genetically formed differently, and now thanks to Dr. Giles I finally have matching Breasts which makes me feel like a complete woman now!!!!I stayed 2 nights in the suites with an amazing view and I had the best stay-in nurse ever- Jen!!! She stayed with me the day/night after surgery which was amazing to have. She was great!!! She kept me nice and comfy and we had great conversation.Overall, Dr. Silver Fox (that's what I call him) is Top Notch and his office staff is a reflection of what an amazing Plastic Surgeon he is. I can't wait to see as I progress more and more over the next few months! I am so glad I made the decision I did. Flying to Florida was worth it for Dr. Giles!!
