My appointment was scheduled for Dr. K to read an MRI. After calling 40 minutes late I was told that since I could not properly Face Time that my appointment was up. The staff told me that they would have to speak with the doctor to reschedule this appointment. I had waited several weeks for this one. I am a retired RN and found this to be uncaring and will move on to a different group of professionals.

My husband was seeing him before he moved to Fl and he was a very compassionate person. He also explained everything so we could understand what was gong on with my husband.

My appointment was canceled because (I'm told) Dr. Kellenberger decided to go on vacation. Fine. What is not fine was that I was given limited options to reschedule that worked with his schedule but gave no consideration to mine. When the proposed time didn't work for me, I told that it was on me to call three other offices to see if I could be fit in.

I was referred to Dr. Kellenberger from some another physician outside of Baptist Medical Center. This immediately told me he was well respected and highly qualified after seeing many different specialists over 2 years for my misdiagnosis of RA. Performed thorough series of nerve conductive studies and has a great personality and extremely professional. Office staff was an added bonus. I was welcomed, treated well, never ever rushed and felt very comfortable on each visit. Highly recommend. In fact, I've referred my husband to him for recurring lumbar issues. God has truly blessed me in finally finding the right person after spending thousands of dollars, exhausting my insurance to diagnose me with what others could not figure out! I was just about to give up and quit my job over the excrutiating pain I suffered with for much too long. He subsequently recommended the correct path and low dose meds and today I feel as if I have a new lease on life! THANK YOU DR. K!

He needs to reassess his attitude when it comes to his patients. The people are coming to him for advice and guidance, he should be able to examine the information given to him and use his skills as a neurologist. He wouldn't listen to any symptoms or any description of the situation, but rather made comments about the lack of information he had. Very useless to schedule an appointment with him when he talks over the person whom he is supposed to be treating. He could use a little respect, and deal with the situation he is dealt. Also, work on your attitude please.
