Federico Grande's Online Review Report Card

Just got an extraction done for two different teeth one being impacted k9 and also had to do a frenectomy. Dr Grande was were nice and respectful and made me feel comfortable. The nurses their were also very sweet and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Grande implanted “dental implants” for me almost a year ago. His work was “state of the art”, he did such an amazing job, “perfect implants”. I couldn’t have asked for a job done any better. He was also very gentle, his bedside manner was welcoming and gracious! His whole staff is amazing & kind, they too make you feel welcomed and they are all very professional. Got my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday for an emergency visit. All of the staff was really nice and professional. Dr.Grande was polite , and proficient. I was super nervous while there of course but after following post- op instructions today i'm better. Thank you Dr. Grande and staff.

Just got all 4 impacted wisdom teeth out today, I had a panic attack when I got my IV because I was scared and Dr Grande made me feel so comfortable & kept reassuring me everything would be okay. I wish he could be my regular dentist. He’s amazing!!

Dr. Grande did a complete upper and lower implant procedure on me. The level of professionalism and concern went way beyond typical expectations. I have had the procedure done for several months and was waiting for the healing process to end to get a true feel for the results. I immediately felt a renewed confidence in my appearance but the long term health benefits as well as the quality of the implants far exceeded any expectations I may have had. Thank You Dr. Grande.

My son received an injury in baseball where the ball hit him in the mouth and knocked out his front tooth, keep in mind my son was 15 years old at the time. They called the hospital ahead if time to make sure an Oral Surgeon was on call, Jupiter Medical stated there was. When we arrived the emergency doctor treated him and called Dr. Grande in, he was the doctor on call and he refused to come in, that it wasn't necessary. But it was. His gums swelled up and he developed an infection all because he wouldn't come in to implant is tooth properly. He has had issues ever since. The tooth could of been saved it was in tact and placed in saline and milk solution. I believe it was medical negligence on the part of this doctor and Jupiter Medical. The doctor should of come in he was on call and I wouldn't of gone to Jupiter if wasn't going to fulfill his duties,.

I could not be more pleased with everything - from the initial Visit to the Procedure and follow up Appointment !! Thank you so very much - an Excellent experience - Highly recommend Dr Grande and STAFF!!!

My wife went to him for some oral surgery and he burned her lip so bad with one of the tools it left a scare.

BEWARE: This office is very dishonest. I was charged $132 for a drug that was first of all, not necessary, and second of all, purposely not billed to the insurance company. The contracted amount through the insurance is only $12. This office purposely did not submit the charge to the insurance and charged me the full price. It took 4 months; many phone calls which resulted in me being lied to, hung up on, and yelled at; and the insurance company's involvement to get this rectified.
