Gerald Ross's Online Review Report Card

I went to Dr. Ross as a first time expecting mother and I am so thankful for him and his staff! He truly cared about me and my baby, doing always what was best for us. He calmed me and made me feel safe with his knowledge and expertise. I also met with Ms. Melissa Markham and Ms. Amanda Labigang, both of who are excellent P.A.'s. The office staff and nurses are so kind and caring. The office is clean and the appointments were always made to fit my needs. I never waited more than 10 minutes after arrival to be seen. I am very thankful for Dr. Ross and Dr. Yoo. Highly, highly recommended.

Dr. Ross is amazing When i moved to Florida and became pregnant Dr. Ross was referred to me. I decided to give him a shot. I am so glad I did He is extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. When my daughter was born I hemorrhaged afterwards and almost died due to extreme blood loss. because of Dr. Rosss great medical skills I am still here to care for my 5 children. He dropped everything he was doing at the office to rush to the hospital to save my life. Thank You

I saw the abysmal 1-star rating on Google, but decided to give them a try anyway. I took an afternoon off work, and was not seen, because I did not have a physical copy of my insurance card, even though I printed an ID card off the website. They refused to run my secondary insurance insurance without the physical card for the first insurance, and insisted I reschedule. The woman at the front seemed as if she was annoyed by my general existence. Safe to say I won't be rescheduling.

This office is interested in the sole purpose of telling you that you need a procedure done and its not there problem if you can afford it or not .they also will not even give you copies of tests performed that technically belong to you without charging you a fee per page..I was actually told by a staff member that the Dr. Said to go back up north to have the procedure done if I couldn't afford to do it here..shows how the office listens and cares ..I told them I'm a permanent Floridian for 2 years..why would Ibe going back up north..just plain nasty uncaring and money hungry..ddon't go here trust me you can do better!!!!

Please ladies DO NOT go there they are the worst..they tried telling my daughter she had a miscarriage and they wanted to do a DNC on her we got and 2nd opinion and the baby is good. They were gonna do an abortion on her. So if you plan on going there make sure you get a 2nd opinion they are just nasty there

Do not go to this office they are mean and unprofessional. They dont help you or have any consideration of their patients. The office manager has a terrible attitude. I think they forget that they get pay because of their patients is not like they treat people for free. I had my last baby with them I they did my essure now im having problems with my essure and the first time I went they told me that everything was going to be ok and here I am 5 months latter worst than before I made an appt I was 15 minutes late and they dint want to see me not even when I explain that I have 2 babies and nobody to take care of them except my husband. Is not like they dont make you wait for 30 minutes anyways. The office manager treat me really bad and they dint want to reschedule me until my husband talk to them and put them in their places. Anyways I have no intention to go back In there I already found another obgyn in town. I dont recomend this affice at all.

They were nice to me. Only thing id change is have them meet the patients more. When i delivered my son i only met one of the doctors once. It was very uncomfortable.
