List of Henry Calas's Reviews
Do not pick this Doctor as your neurologist. He will tell you you are fine and come back in 3 months instead of spending the time and ordering the appropriate tests to determine what is wrong with you. Time for this doctor to retire. If you need a good neurologist go to University of Miami who has doctors nearby. Do not waste anytime with Dr. Calas Because it is a waste to time. They also never answer their phones. That should tell you something RUN
Very difficult to get in contact with. Called his office this morning 4 times to find out the whole office is closed for the next 2 weeks.
He is the best neurologist! He deeply cares of one's health and I recommend him.

Dr Cslas is very understanding of his patients as individuals and treats them as such. I am very sensitive to medications..often with poor results and he understands this and does not argue with me. other Doctors have because of what the text books say. I am very wary of trying a new drug. So he understands this as i need to start with the lowest dose of medication. He is most kind.
He's a straight shooter. Tells you like it is. Thorough and attentive.
Dr. Calas is one of only a few Neurologist in Martin county who will see you personally in the Hospital if you are acutely hospitalized for a neurological complaint. Not just as an outpatient in his office but also in the hospital. As was the case With ME I was recently taken by ambulance for a TIAstroke my family doctor Who Ive been seeing as an outpatient for 10 years could not did not come to see me Not once while I was hospitalized instead I had a covering hospitalist MD. They were going to give me a covering hospitalist neurologist as well however I told the ER Doctor Id been doctoring with a neurologist Dr. Calas for over 10 years. They called him and he came to see me in the emergency room and after carefully examining me he gave me TPA that saved my life Thank GOD And thank You Dr. Calas. I am still walking and talking and moving my right side of my body thanks to you.
Excellent doctor. I never feel rushed and he has prescribed the correct medication and dosage for my medical condition so I feel well. I definitely recommend Dr. Calas.
The thing you need to know about Calas is that he takes his time. My appointments frequently run late because I know he's being incredibly thorough with the patient before, as he is with me. I've never had a dr that is as conscientious and thoughtful as Calas is. Not to mention, the receptionists that work for him are nothing short of phenomenal.Honestly, he's worth every potential inconvenience to have a dr who legitimately cares about you - both as a person and what you're going through. I cannot emphasize this enough. He is the ***best*** neurologist hands down I have ever been to or heard of.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
