I was treated like less than human and unfairly discriminated against I also had had rude, sly, and demeaning remarks made to me. Won’t come to him even if I’m dying and he’s my only choice; I went in with pain in my chest/stomach from stress and came out even more stressed.

Went to Cleveland Clinic's ER in Port Saint Lucie on 2/13/20 for a kidney stone that put me into a lot of pain. Five hours later I was released with 4 prescriptions to have filled. Two were sent to CVS electronically, unbenounced to me one was cancelled and the last one evaporated into thin air. Turns out it was the pain killer which I was told the next day would be available as a paper script because it could not be phoned in. Went to the ER again to pick it up and was met with indifference and nastiness. It seems the "go to" behavior is to have a seat and you will be called. So after another 1.5 hours of waiting I finally asked the status of my request and was met with a complete lack of knowledge as to who I was. The script could not be "found". The pharmacist (another fantastic problem solver) came into the waiting area to tell me I would have to re-register myself as a patient in the ER to get a pain prescription. You people are a disgrace.

I waited in the ER waiting area for over 1 hr. Before seeing the ER doctor. To my amazement he was great. He got the respiratory therapist, ekg, labs and chest X-ray started. After 3 1/2 hrs I walked out of the ER breathing normally. What I like about this doctor is how he took time out explain How to overcome bronchitis. Follow up with my primary and see a pulmonologist. I slept through the night and today I I have minimal cough.

I fell and cut the top of my ear nearly off. Dr. Cariello sutured my ear with 28 stiches and did an incrediblejob can hardly notice the scar. Thank you Doctor

DR CARIELLO, WAS VERY KIND , AND PROFESSIONAL AND VERY DETAILED. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEN DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF PAIN AND ILLNESS. HE WAS VERY REASSURING WHEN IT CAME TO CONCERNS AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS IN FULL DETAIL.. I THINK HE IS ONE OF THE BEST EMERGENCY ROOM PHYSICIANS PORT SAINT LUCIE ER HAS ON STAFF.
