He is a very nice, charming man. But my surgery was not what I expected. I have an ugly, visible scar on my cheek, much bigger and worse than the cyst that he removed. He did offer to fix it free of charge, but I was afraid to let him do more surgery. I couldn't trust him to fix the problem he caused.

His staff is friendly and helpful with excellent organization of appointments as well as information about what to expect after surgery.
