Dr. C is the BEST Doctor EVER. He and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and very caring. Dr. C really cares for his patients and will get you through what ever it is you are dealing with.

Don’t waste your breath, literally! My husband has been a patient of Dr Charnvitayapong for the past 7 years (I would have left the practice years ago!) Dr C is genuinely caring, compassionate, and listens to the needs of his patients. He is by far the best Pulmonary doctor in the area, HOWEVER, the office staff is dreadful, completely mismanaged! Phone calls go unanswered, voicemail messages are never returned, attempting to reach a Nurse Practitioner to discuss test results and/or further treatment options is futile. There doesn’t appear to be an Office Manager on staff and if there is one, then he/she is completely incompetent and not qualified to hold his/her position. Wake up! REPLACE your current office staff or risk unfavorable reviews and the loss of your “valued” patients!

He is the most caring and personable doctor I have ever had, he is very knowledgeable in his field. I feel very safe in his care, he takes a personal interest in his patients and spends alot of time with them. Dr C and his staff go out of their way to be very helpful. All of his staff are great.

My husband was in the hospital with pneumonia and Dr C. was his doctor. We wanted to follow up with Dr C. after he was released. I have called 4 times and each time I get a recording to leave a message and someone will call back. No Call Back I also have gotten the answering service and well how do I put this nicely No One Answers or I am put on hold for over 30 minutes no answer. I am going to have to find another Dr. for him now because I cant get anyone to call back or take me off of Hold on someone will be with you shortly but no one ever comes on the line Dr C. is an excellent doctor but I guess you can only see him if you are admitted to the hospital

Made an appointment with dr. Charnditayapong with the recommendation of my radiation oncologist. When I arrived I was greeted but a physician assistant who told me I was on her schedule. Wish I had been told I would not be seeing dr. C. Would have changed my planes for the day as I wanted to see ONLY the dr. That was recommended. Total waist of my time. Would not recommend this office.
