Dr. Santoriello is amazing! Compassionate and always takes extra time to listen and help me through problems. I wish all doctors were as kind and patient. Insurance is always hard to file, but staff helps to get it right - not an easy job in today's insurance world. Thanks to this office for taking great care of me!

Provider did a very good physical exam but 1 star is due to fraudulent billing, collecting co-pays that aren’t actually due and incredibly rude/vile office manager.

Made my annual checkup appt as a new patient being a new resident to the area. This is a money hungry office, the doctor discussed with me a procedure based on my ongoing issues we discussed during the exam. The doctor recommended I have this done, didn’t bother to tell me because she is speaking to me about a procedure this changes my annual appt to a visit. Now they are trying to charge me $200 for a visit because they didn’t bill my insurance properly. Stay away from this money hungry office and the procedure she wanted me to get don’t was going to cost thousands of dollars and they wants the cash up front ..

Dr. Santoriello is fabulous! She is very personable and listens. She offers solutions in a clear, simple way. She takes time to explain. She asks questions and answers questions. I never felt rushed. I trusted her completely for a surgical procedure which I wish I had done years ago. I had been so afraid. She took care of things and was so kind and caring prior to the surgery. Her follow up care was timely and thorough. Nurse Practitioner, Maggie, is also fabulous. The entire staff is kind and professional. They don’t overbook appointments. I’ve never waited more than five minutes in the waiting room or in the exam room. They have always greeted me and made me feel welcome. The waiting room is very comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend.

She's wonderful and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! So happy I found her. I had a lot of follow up questions and she was available by phone as well

I've been seen at this office many times due to chronic infections. I have seen Dr.Santoriello and all of the nurse practitioner's that work under her... Maggie is one of them she has a great bedside manner and has genuine concern for you. She answers all your questions and always returns phone calls promptly even personally calling you back. I truly wish that there were more doctors like her that take a genuine interest and have real compassion.

At first I thought Dr Santoriello was really good. However I don't feel that way anymore . Just after the revenue. Hard sell on supplements and procedures you don't really need. Way too many ultrasounds. Dr thinks she is the gift to the world. Wait time is ridiculous.

Detailed review: I am a young black woman, and have been to this location twice. I waited over a month to review because I keep running into inconsistent and prejudice doctors. I’ve been to 5 other obgyn’s this past 4 months and all have been a major fail. Except for here. I was first seen by her np? (Or other gyn) and she was extremely friendly and personable. Todays visit was with Dr. S and she was the same. Extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and even taught me a few things to keep me healthy in the future. I came with a serious problem and wasn’t judged or looked down upon. The ladies at the front desk and the woman who took my blood pressure, all are very personable and lovely individuals as well. I don’t see where the bad reviews come from but of course, everyone will have a different experience. As for me This will be my primary place now.

The most caring and supportive obgyn I know. Doesn't rush through appointment! Surgery went extremely well and very pleased with her knowledge and gift of kindness! Front Desk staff very professional and warm welcoming!
