Lara Fix's Online Review Report Card

In 2015 We went to Dr. Fix with a psychiatrist diagnoses of Alzheimer heavy anger needs to be institutionalized due to danger to herself and others. Dr Fix said no way we will work on it. She researched and prescribed different medications through the years and managed to keep calmed and able to deal with her decease and society. I find her to be agood caring physician who works hard for her patients. I couldn't see anyone doing a better job than Dr. Lara Fix

I have been a patient of Dr Fix's for 8 years, she has earned my complete trust and confidence. I have occasional exacerbations of underlying musculoskeletal conditions and when I call I am always seen right away for treatment. Her medical assistant Angelica knows me well by now, she responds quickly and gets me into the office usually the same day. She has a new member of the staff, Jordania, whom is a ray of sunshine. Without reservation, I highly recommend Dr Lara J Fix and her team for neurological CARE.

The staff isnt very considerate or remorseful. Everytime I call they seem like they dont care to speak with me or hear what I have to say. Called the front desk a few months ago about a hospital visit and was terrified, they told me they'd talk to dr. Lara and they never got back with me. I had to call days later to see if I could get some help. Seen doctor Lara seemed like she listened to me very well, but after some blood work she pretty much told me I needed to go to some else because my problems wernt jn her field of help but yet they were mostly neurological issues. Third neurologist in a year and wasnt very comfortable there.

She is amazing and always listens to u.. She's always there to help... If i could rate her 10 stars i would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have just learned from a MRI of my head that I have a serious condition & my Dr at Treasure Coast Primary Care referred me to Dr Fix! I called the office for an appt & was told because I'm a "new patient" the first available appt is 4 weeks away.I explained to the girl on the phone of my MRI results & it was ordered STAT & she became defensive & nasty and told me she can put me on a list & if she gets a cancellation for an earlier date she will call me. I am worried & scared of my issue (bent/twisted artery in my brain) my symptoms are severe & having to experience this 4 more weeks & a possible STROKE.. Im very concerned!Now after reading these reviews I'm questionable of this Dr's experience and her ethics and whether she will really have my best interest in mind.I am going to look for another Neurologist in Palm Beach who has a respectable reputation & who will understand the urgency of my condition that I've been told.

Been seeing Dr fix since 2017, i have hearing impaired, she made sure I understood what my problem was suffering from serizuze, she has been kind compassionate, caring ,her staff has been too. I had suffering from some other issues, she been their for me ,I am so pl ease, to have Dr fix , have learn to that she is so amazing DR really like her and her staff.

If i could give a zero, i would. Terrible service. Never call back or follow through to insurance. Dr. Fix fixes nothing. Go elsewhere!!!!

Spent years going to numerous doctors and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. After seeing Dr Fix and having the recommended testing done I finally have a diagnosis and am being properly treated. She is a blessing. She is very thorough & goes above and beyond for her patients.

Dr. Fix was professional but her front office Is extremely unprofessional... would cancel appointments without setting up new dates, didn’t even call back. Had to go to the emergency room for medications because I couldn’t even get into see Dr. Fix. I’ve left messages with front office to talk with the Dr. and no word (5 months). I’m seeing another Nuerologist now.

Very unprofessional front desk staff. Had all required tests done and haven't received one result from her. I've called office several times and still nothing! So disappointing that I waited 3 weeks to get in with my daily dizziness and they don't have a care in ther world about their patients! Prime example of poor health care!!
