Called this Drs office to ask questions about diastasis recti and the woman who answered the phone said we're not scheduling any surgeries. I said ok I really just have a couple of questions. Does this surgeon treat DR which is when your abdominal muscles have a gap usually due to having a child. She answered with a confused no as if she didn't know what that is and said since we're not booking surgeries ...

Dr Vinãs is extraordinarily personable, and pleasant; plus importantly, he's quite skillful and has an excellent eye when performing cosmetic surgery. I hired him to do 3 cosmetic surgery procedures and I'm very pleased with my results.

I was in shock at my results when I first woke up from surgery. Was told it would only get better in time. This was not the case and I am beyond words. This has ruined my marriage, our intimacy, etc. Not only did Dr. Vinas not listen to my needs and wants, he disfigured my once feminine body!!

I love Dr.Vinas! He is an artist. I love that he never over does anything and you leave looking like a better version of you! I have an appointment with him for tomorrow. I want to look my best even if just for myself!

Dr Vinas and all of his staff were extremely efficient and professional while creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. His work is impeccable and precise. I would highly recommend.

It's very unfortunate for me but I had a really bad experience with doctor L.A. Vinas. I had 4 surgeries, three of them to correct mistakes caused by the first procedure, and the worst part after 4th surgery I still need to perform additional procedures to correct the consequences of the unscrupulousness and inaccuracies caused by all these surgeries. On my first consultation, I was informed that the surgery I'm looking for is standard and very straightforward and the LA Vinas has performed numerous similar procedures in the past. During the two procedures, he sewed and unstitched the operated area more than three times. As a result, the area got over inflamed, which means a more painful and longer healing process. After the 4th unsuccessful procedure, I gave up. The doctor wouldn't give me any confidence about the procedure, the response was always "we can try". Literally, I started having nightmares and it started affecting my confidence and personal life. Do better research!

Complete failure. I had to go back 3 times as his injections did not take. I have been having Botox injections for approximately 30 years. With a total of approximately 80 units and 3 visits to Dr. Vinas, not one time was I corrected on the fact thst he was not even using Botox until my third back to back visit. On my third visit his nurse while he was out of the treatment room informed me that he was going to finally be using Botox on the third visit. Unfortunately as he probably was more concerned about money than the results he only injected 20 units for a 50 unit procedure on my third visit. This of course was after numerous e mails exchanged with Dr. Vinas where again he never corrected the word Botox at any time during our back and forth e mails and I had suggested a refund and offered to Sign an NDA. He insisted on the three visits instead. Talk about uncomfortable on so many levels. After the third visit with close to zero results, I just gave up and so did he. There were no follow up correspondence from him or his office after the third visit and if there had been I would have told him, total failure. I have never in almost 30 years had any kind of failure as this most simple procedure has zero failure if performed correctly and with the actual Botox product being used. He tried to turn it around in me and make it my particular skin/face problem. I went to see him this one time due to the fact he is 5 min from my home. My plastic surgeon of almost a decade is 30 min away and I just wanted to stay close to home during this epidemic. His reviews look good “on paper” via social media, dig a little deeper and one can find his world of unsatisfactory patients. Six hundred dollars later, 3 hours of physical visits and hours of attempting politically correct emails In which he made the failure my fault, shame in him. Back to my Plastic Surgeon of years, one visit and total success. JM

Beware of the "Specials" Dr. Vinas promotes. Had an in person visit yesterday to see what to expect for his V Lift. He added on 50% more than he promoted online. Made me sign a paper before leaving that everything was explained to me when it was not. In reality you have an open end contract where he can additionally add on anything he wants to. Run away from him. Would not have any of his services. Looking for another surgeon.
