More than 20 years ago I had a major head injury which paralyzed me on my entire right side.With lots of therapy I can now walk but my muscles tend to cramp up and are hard to function..When I moved to Florida Dr Kashouty became my Neurologist. He alone came up with a great solution... BOTOX injections over my entire right side. It makes my life MUCH better. Thank you for your brilliance, Dr Kashouty .
