Dr. Patel was so nice and kind, also knowledgeable and helpful in his suggestions. The front desk staff were also nice as were the appointment staff on the telephone. It was easy to make an appointment. Emily, who took down all my info before Dr. Patel came in was also nice and personable. All around it was a good experience.
