List of Rebecca Bobo's Reviews
I was very pleased with Dr. Bobo. The drops are too expensive to handle though. The african american receptionist is always "very rude." By phone and in person. I should have reported her last year, but thought to give her another try. It would help your business to have people at the front desk to be more pleasant to patients helping to pay her salary.
Had been using this practice for 10+ Yrs. Was given appointment w/Dr. Bobo as I had noticed a sudden vision change in one eye. Spent 30 plus minutes being tested by 3 different staff members...each person was told that I had noticed a recent vision change in one eye. One of the technician even became irate when I didn't read the eye chart correctly when he switched different corrective lenes in. Dr Bobo came into the room w/all test results & said everything looked great! Have a macular pucker!
Although the doctor was nice, the visit was useless. She prescribed a $400 eye drop. When I called the office to find out if there was something less expensive, they told me to keep using regular eye drops and come back in for my follow up scheduled in three months. I told them I came there because the regular eye drops weren't working and was told, ok,, we'll see how you are in three months. Why would I pay another $75 co-pay to come back to see if doing nothing helped me?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
