My first visit I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen, not bad at all. My second follow up visit, I called to say I was on my way and arrived about 10 minutes late, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I was immediately told that I would have to reschedule. I Told the somewhat rude girl at the front that it will be a very quick appt. She then told me 15 minutes later that there was nothing they could do. I personally feel she could have squeezed me in for a quick check. I won't be back there again. NO COMPASSION. Such are the times!!!!

His team member, Dr. Fisher, and biopsy colleague did a poor job of communicating and explaining the type of basal cell carcinoma that I have, both in the phone call explaining the biopsy results (phone call) and the treatment alternatives (in office) which had to be repeated to clarify. The follow-on visit, in which the treatment was provided, was short, with the assistant suggesting that I should have asked the biopsy results person (nurse?) to explain or suggest a call with the doctor who read the results.

I have been to a few different Dermotologist’s and knew I hadn’t found the one.. until now. All of the staff is so lovely. I was always nervous about getting procedures done until now. They have a way of comforting and taking care of you that isn’t like anywhere else I’ve been.

My Husband and I had our second visit to this practice, and just like our first visit, the staff was wonderful. Our Nurse practitioner, Sara Parks APRN was very knowledgeable, took the time to understand our life style and incorporate it with our treatment. If you want someone to listen to your skin care needs and have an intelligent answer, This is the place to be seen.

I’ve been a patient of Sara Parks for many years because she is straight forward in her approach and conversations with me. She is the best at making you feel comfortable and her staff are priceless.

Saw Dr Rick this afternoon, and yet again I had another small Basal Cell Carcinoma. He had a big smile on his face as he gently removed this little growth from my ear. I just never did anything to protect my ears or my head while spending 60 plus years fishing and boating in NY and Florida. Lesson learned and unfortunately a bit too late. The office staff is great and and personable, as well as efficient. I have been a patient of Dr Rick for 17 years and highly recommend him.

There is no better Dermatologist group in town,,,, Nurse SARAH PARKS is the reason I love Ronagosa Dermatology in particular. She has done all my procedures, erased allmy pain on several occasions(cysts) instantaneously. She is excellent at what she does and does it faster than greased lightning with 100 percent safety and efficiency. I am still amazed by her skills l . When I become a super hero/ genius,,, well I just need the super hero part , because I'm already a genius. I see Sarah don't I ,,, I'm cloning her because the world would benefit from having more exactly like her. ??.Thanks for taking such good care of me Sarah ??

What an amazing group of people! I highly recommend Ms Alexandra Majesty Pa and Ms Cassie. She very easy to talk with, so kind, and extremely knowledgable. I am grateful- thank you.
